Purchased jeans in New Mexico. Really great looking but didn’t realize they were tooooo long. Dropped them off and was told they would be ready in a week. Got a msg exactly one week later. Ready!  Great service

I've been going to the State St. site for years and I love the changes that's been made, so along with the services, from cleaning to the tailoring,  it's atmosphere makes you feel welcomed, and makes you look forward to your next visit.

Congratulations to New York Cleaners. I did not realize they were still in business. When I was a child living in ESL I  would always play in front of their cleaners on Bond. The clerks were very professional. We would play cleaners outside. Fifty something years later they are still thriving. They are professional and I do trust them with my designer pieces.

This is the worst service I have ever received. I dropped my shirts off 11/11 and they were supposed to be ready on 11/13. I tried to pick them up on 11/14 at 7am one of the shirts wasn't ready, I was told that it would be ready by 12 noon that day, I came back at 5:30 that day still not ready and the young lady that serviced me told me that the people that clean aren't there on Saturdays, well I needed my shirt for that Sunday 11/16. I asked her was there someone I could speak with she said no one was available that day 11/14, I called Saturday morning 11/15 she told me no one was available still. I called back on Monday 11/17 I spoke with someone they took my information and told me that the secretary is the one that deals with these issues and that she would give me call back on 11/18, I did not receive a call. I called today 11/19 spoke with someone and I was informed that the secretary couldn't take my call after I explained my problem. Throughout all of this I never received anything notification that my shirt is ready and my problem still isn't resolved. Oh and I forgot to tell ya'll the shirt I did receive wasn't even pressed.

I lose my husband and New York cleaner did an amazing job with my husband suite. He looked amazing and the suite looked great. Thank you New York cleaners for the amazing service you provided to me and my family.

New York Cleaners is located in my neighborhood AND is a long time well known black owned business. Two dresses were stuffed in the back of my closet and were badly wrinkled. I wanted to wear one of them to my cousin's wedding. So I dropped both of them off at New York Cleaners to be pressed. They were ready before the expected date. I took both of them to the wedding, but decided on the lighter colored one since it was not yet Fall. Besides, I have another wedding next month. I just missed the loyalty discount. You be the judge!
