Wow! Wow! Wow! What a nice place! Beautiful, clean, machines. The owner is actually on site until 6pm! First time here. Owner was so friendly and helpful. I used a machine that had been recently repaired and he checked on it every few minutes to make sure it was working as expected. Worked like a charm but I definitely appreciated him making sure everything was okay. This will be my go to laundromat from now on. Thanks!

This is my 2nd time at Clinton Plaza Laundry in Oneonta and I must say it’s always a pleasure doing business with them. I was greeted with a smile and they met all of my needs.😊

We've been staying in a semi-local Airbnb that I didn't realize didn't have a washer and dryer so we've been using their full-service drop-off laundry services for about a month.  I can say, with complete certainty, that they are the most competent business we've dealt with in this entire region.  They're not only competent, they are also the nicest people we've met here.  We actually look forward to our weekly visits and consider them friends.  Highly recommend. 10/10.  Thanks, y'all! 

Love this place. It's been a while since I have to go to laundromat, but things change. This place has very friendly staff and is very clean. Washers and dryers are kept in great working order. Even though it's a bit of a drive, I will return each week to do my laundry. Very responsible pricing as well.

I can not tell you how great the owner of this establishment is. He went above and beyond and it is very appreciated.  I was at this laudrymat on Friday since I work in Oneonta but live in Binghamton I was using my break and lunch hours to get some bulk laundry done. I got everything into the dryer and left to return after lunch to pick up. In the meantime the phone call you never want to get that I had an emergency at home and had to immediately head to Binghamton.  On my drive through I-88 it occurred to me I left all my clothes in the dryer as well as baskets on the counter. I called and spoke with the gentleman who told me not to worry he had it under control and to stop in when I returned. I stopped back today and he was not in. However he had bagged and folded all my clothes and stored them for me at NO charge. This is a great service and trustworthy laudromat. Not every place could you leave your belonging for three days unattended. Let alone the place is super clean and well taken care of. Thank you again for your service and I will continue to use your business.

Was a weekly patron, but today, I put my things back in my car and drove away. Always messy in the evening, drug addicts in at times trying to get in the bathroom, too many machines ALWAYS not working, never anyone available to assist with faulty machines, bathroom never accessible, and use of this facility is costly. Headed to Clinton's which may be intimate, but it's economical and functional. Thanks for the T-shirt but would rather have a functional place to do laundry.

Expensive Not To Mention Those Chairs Are Extremely Dangerous. And the new owners don't fix the machines either. There was water on the floor from a leaking washer. And another washer so loud and dangerous too. I even told them about it a month ago and still  not fixed. Not to mention they don't return texts either.

Second time trying this spot and I just watched the dryer time down 4 minutes in less than 1 minute. There is not an attendant on duty despite what I was told a few days back.
Not the worst experience I’ve had but the bar is very low around here.

Edit: Went from 2 to 1 star- after an ‘hour’ in the dryer my clothes are still damp/wet.

Finally found a laundromat that doesn’t shrink, burn or ruin clothes. I also lost my wallet here and the owner turned it into the police station!! Very good people.

Always nice clean plenty of machines to use. There is a patron restaurant with a combination on it that you can obtain from the owners phone number. They have varying size machines from the ones that you would keep in your home all the way up to machines that can handle a whole football teams worth of gear in at most food one machine you'll pay $9.75 the lowest one start at like $2.50 they have multiple dryers as well as sizes drying units..
I've been using this laundromat for many years and I have never had an issue with people stealing my clothes or having to worry about it not fully drying or washing the machines as well as facilities are very well kept and maintained.

First Choice Dry Cleaners

My first time using their dry cleaning service and they destroyed the leather closures on the front of my jacket (it’s a Calvin Klein wool coat, so not a cheap Temu purchase). Didn’t cover the patches, now the material has peeled off, some even melted to the rivets. I just purchased the coat and hadn’t even worn it yet and it looks terrible. Melted the size tag off the inside too.  Staff is obviously not trained on proper garment protection procedures, and the service wasn’t inexpensive either. Definitely will not be using them again.

This place was a disaster.  Almost none of the dryers worked about 4 dryers out of all of them worked. The dryers wouldnt take quarters and would stop and delete the remaining time you had in dryer so you had tonoay more. My friend was charched $15 5 times on her debit card when we only used 5 washers  and 3 of them fidnt work sonwe had to switch washers after they had already started. Over all we lost $45. And the place was a mess. I'll never go there again. And i definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The laundromat has really been upgraded in recent weeks. It’s nice to see the owner fixing all the machines & present at the business.
Kim is always so pleasant and will take the time to help if the Wi-Fi is down, I like to use there spyderwash card so I don’t have to worry about change. Thank you Kim for always taking the time to be so kind.

This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to. If you want to lose tons of money to machines, ruin your clothes with a nasty burnt smell or better yet find out the heating element is busted and your clothes were never drying you have found the right place. At this point I am guessing the owner is just praying one of these busted dryers burns the place down to save them some trouble.

Impressed with speed, quality work, and careful attention to detail. Other cleaners had lower prices, but fell short on speed, process, and availability. First Choice’s rates are still lower than what I’m used to paying. Saturday morning pick-up/drop-off availability is very convenient!
