I had been using Riverside cleaners in my day-to-day life but I recently got married in July 2023 with a quick trip turn around after. The woman I worked with (I believe she's the owner - I wish I could remember her name) was friendly but quick/to the point when I had mentioned I would like to bring my wedding dress in for preservation. She hadn't had the materials needed on-hand but ordered them quickly and my dress came out perfect. Thank you for preserving something so dear to me!

I had a really bad red food dye stain from icing, as well as spray tan stains on a white dress. I took the dress in to town valet and the woman honestly said it would be difficult to get the stains out, but that they would try their hardest. She was very pleasant and we chatted for about 10 minutes about music, so personable and kind. When I returned 4 days later she remembered exactly who I was and became so excited to show me my dress and how they had (thankfully) removed all the stains. She told me how her husband had to clean it 3 times, but that it was all done. The price was honestly great and was an amazing trade off for my dress looking brand new. I really wish I had a before photo of how bad this dress was stained, but let’s just say the dressed looked better after I got it cleaned at Town Valet than it did when I bought it in the store originally. Very pleased with my experience!

Usually I will only post positive reviews because there's already too much negativity in the world. This place is average at best but they are pretty much a monopoly here in Conshy proper(the only reason I use them is that convenience. The woman at the front desk has no customer service skills and she berated me in front of another customer for using a credit card for my bill of less than $10. I understand that there's a charge from the POS company for each purchase. If the charge is too high, take the initiative to find another service and not take it out on your customer. She told me that next time she will charge me more for the service. I will tell you now that I'm leaving looking for another drycleaner and there won't be a next time.mot to mention that they are getting away with charging triple what I was paying at a certain cleaners in KOP.

I am new to the area and heard good things about this place. I received my items back today and I am very disappointed. I noticed my shirts were still wrinkly when I picked them up. I asked the owner about this and they said their machines are not capable of removing all of the wrinkles. I’ve never had such a poor dry cleaning experience and could’ve done a better job myself. Do not waste your time or money going here.
