We have wanted to get our carpets cleaned since we moved into our house 9 months ago. We finally got around to doing it and used Chem-Dry of Mars. Our carpets had spots and I have no idea when the last time they were cleaned was and now... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW! John was so nice and so professional. He worked very hard to get up the spots and his work is beautiful. I am so very pleased and highly recommend Chem-Dry of Mars!

I used Stanley Steamers previously on my carpets and they rushed through the work and I felt the quality just wasn't there.  This time I looked for a local business with good reviews.  I was pleased with the reviews and moved forward with Chem-Dry.  I was extremely satisfied with the work that John the service tech performed.  He was very professional, and he took the time necessary to scrub the carpets without rushing through it.   I had a few areas that needed extra attention and he made sure to clean those areas thoroughly.  I would strongly suggest Chem-Dry and I will use them in the future as well.

We had a terrific experience!  The tech was here a few minutes early and spent some time walking around and taking-in the job before diving into it.  He worked VERY hard and did the absolute best he could, no doubt about it.  He kept in communication with us as he worked and was very careful not to scratch or rub any walls, banisters, anything!  Our carpet was in the home before we moved-in, is very light-colored and as we found out, not too high quality.  The carpet is so much cleaner, we are very happy.  If we are here long enough to replace the carpet, we will go with something not so light-colored!  It does not look new but the dirt is gone.  We waited too long to get it cleaned.  Chem-Dry of Mars and the tech that came, are outstanding!!!  Thank you very much!

We used Chem-Dry of Mars, PA for their PURT system to help eliminate cat urine in our closet.  The technician used over 15 gallons of water to treat a 9 ft x 9 ft area and did not suction up any of the excess.  He told me that the carpet would be completely dry within 48 hrs.  Its been a week and the carpet is still wet and now their is water damage to the baseboards and the wall.  Now I'm concerned with mold in my home!  Additionally, the $100 + dollar treatment didn't even eliminate the cat urine odor.  Stay away from this company and use one of their competitors.

Chem-Dry of Mars did properly perform the PURT treatment on the above carpet.  In an attempt to fix the  carpet that was damaged by cat urine our technician applied and extracted 3 gallons of water and urine from the carpet.  We applied 2 gallon of the PURT product which must be left wet to neutralize the cat urine, and its crystal in the carpet, backing, sub floor, baseboards etc.  Chem-Dry of Mars followed proper procedure to the "T".   The customer did sign a waiver that states he would not hold Chem-dry of Mars liable for any damage.

I’ve been using Mars Laundromat for a while now, and it has quickly become my go-to spot. The place is always clean, well-lit, and surprisingly peaceful for a laundromat. The machines are modern, run smoothly, and actually get my clothes clean — no half-done cycles or damp clothes like I’ve had elsewhere.

The staff are kind and attentive. A couple of times I had questions about the settings, and they immediately came over to help with a smile. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place tidy and the machines running right.

One of my favorite things is that they always have good music playing in the background — it really makes the experience more enjoyable while you’re waiting. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a big difference and gives the place a friendly vibe.

Prices are fair, parking is easy, and I always feel comfortable being there, even late in the evening. You can tell it’s managed by people who actually care about their customers.

Highly recommend Mars Laundromat to anyone in the area. Great people, clean space, reliable machines, and the music makes the whole vibe just right.

Good laundry mat but not up to all the 5 star reviews make it to be. Lots of counter space to fold your clothes, but I did find that the large washing machines had some sort of mold or mossy stuff growing in them. Environment was also nice and I felt safe or at least safer then the other I used to go to. Make sure you put EXTRA soap or some of your clothes may pick up smell. Dryers need run several times, but honestly what can be expected from a laundromat? For the ones you can run on hot, make sure you do, drys them faster. It’s better then the one near where I live where I found literal dog crap in the dryers, and everyone has a gambling addiction. I’ll get what I can get! Didn’t like the false advertising of the one review that had a pretty picture of the mat. This laundromat looks nothing like it!

I wouldn't ever come back to this place. I put 5 packs tide pods into their largest machines as I washing 2 large loads of comforters with fabric softeners and all of my clothes came out smelling like mildew. Then the dryers kept taking the quarters and not operating. And THEN I go to buy fabric sheets since my comforters came out so stinky and a damn laundry bag came down instead of the fabric sheetz. Never again. These reviews are lies at best. This place is very outdated. The 2 big washers have a credit card reader on it that doesn't even work. No thanks.

This laundromat was worth driving to. It is very clean and has ample washers and dryers in a couple of sizes. No timers on the machines but I don't mind keeping an eye on my laundry like in the old days.  There are coin change machines on site and a number of laundry baskets for use. Lots of counter top space to fold clothes. No restroom on site. No AC but 4 ceiling fans and a large floor fan. Junior washers take 11 quarters and the super senior takes 25. The Loadstar III is 6 minutes for .25.

If I could've given no stars I surely would have. Place was a rip off. I had to keep putting more and more quarters in the dryer because the clothes were drying very slowly. The clothes were pretty much a wrinkled up mess. Definitely will not return
