My mom dropped my wedding dress off to be cleaned, it had been hers. They ended up shredding it. After conversations, the higher up had told my mom that  he was going to take care of it at no charge and he would allow for alterations, fixing of the dress, and waive the cleaning fee. The seamstress replaced the liner and altered it, but portions of the dress were still shredded with no way to really repair it. When my mom and I went to pick it up, he insisted we had to pay for the cleaning, as "you had brought it in to be cleaned already, I've already lost money on this dress." He continued to try to justify us paying by saying we had to pay something because he'd already lost money and had not gained any money from the dress. While he did pay for alterations and fixing of the liner, there are still portions of the dress that are shredded beyond repair and the dress will never again be the same. In addition, I would have taken my dress elsewhere to be altered, as it was only supposed to be cleaned here. He would not have had to pay for ANYTHING if they hadn't destroyed it. When we mentioned this, the seamstress stepped in and tried to say that the fabric was rotted and that's why there were holes there, which is not true. There were no portions of the dress that were rotted. This was also AFTER the seamstress had agreed on the phone with us the night prior that we should not have to pay anything since they had destroyed the dress. It seems the seamstress was afraid of speaking up against the man in charge. I'm absolutely disgusted how this situation was allowed to occur and at how it was handled. They literally have a sign on their counter saying they help preserve wedding gowns, while in reality all they did was destroy mine that I had just inherited from my mom, then make us pay for the cleaning that destroyed it. Almost $200 WE had to pay for our dress being shredded. If you have ANYTHING of sentimental value, don't get it cleaned here if you value it at all. Never again will my family or anyone we are close with use this specific business location again, they're honestly a joke and should be disgusted with how they handled this.

Had a pageant gown dry cleaned here, that my daughter borrowed from a friend. Dress was extra long and had heavy staining on hem.  Just picked it up and hemline looks beautiful.  Thank you for doing a great job!

Every time we come in here, there's more machines out of service!  It's ridiculous.  Now there's 4 washers and 3 dryers out of service.   For the price being charged, all of the machines should be in working order.  Do better!! or lose more business. But the gambling machines all work which I guess are more important (read: more profitable).  And the bathroom has been out of order for the past 4 months.

Don’t play the game machines in here because I cashed out and ended up having a $10 ticket and a $20 ticket and cannot cash them. It says inventory low and the phone number for this place is disconnecting so that’s $30 that I might as well wiped my behind with

Dirty, ceiling falling down and too expensive. Dryers never got hot even on high. No manager on site. Will not return.

Terrible and very mismanaged if you have a problem like the door being stuck on a washer there is no management or any phone number to call to get help . Very poor ownership and uncaring what happens.

I’m here from Mississippi and after a long work week I needed to wash my clothes. I found this place on Google and thought it was an okay spot until I started putting money in the machine. Instead of the $5 it would normally take to start the washer it took $7.50. When attempting to contact management no one answered and there isn’t even I number posted here for you to call if there’s an issue. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy losing money.
