This place apparently doesn’t do anything for themselves. I called about getting a leather jacket dry cleaned and they told me they don’t do leather in store, instead they would send it to Olean NY therefore resulting in a turnaround time of around a month.. the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because I haven’t personally used their services so I don’t think its right to give the worst possible review. I just want others to know what they are getting into before waisting their time here.

Picked up a suit I had dry cleaned about 3 weeks ago. Never took it out of the bag, but hung it directly when I got home. Just had a look 24 hours before we leave for California for a wedding. I would have been better off NOT getting it dry cleaned. It looks like the coat was wadded up in a corner for a week, AND around the chest is puckered. My wife is taking the steamer to it now to see if maybe Jarvis' damage can be repaired.

Just pulled out a jacket I haven’t used since getting it dry cleaned last season and it looks like they didn’t even do anything with it and there’s yellow stains everywhere. So that’s another piece of mine they’ve messed up. Never going back, which means I have to take my dry cleaning all the way to Erie as this place just sends everything to the place in NY.

Web site and hours of operation are outdated/not correct.
Had a disappointing experience with 2 sets of sheer curtains which needed hemming.  Recc always getting a quote for custom work.  Lady at front desk is very sweet and always kind.

True they do send out their dry cleaning but the staff there at least the one woman that works the counter is excellent very helpful attentive and meticulous when looking over your items brought in for cleaning and listen specifically to what you would like to have done to them including repairs Etc

Laundry-This is the most run down laundromat I have ever seen in my life.  You walk in and it looks abandoned, over ½ of the machines had “out of order” signs on them, the change machine had an “out of order” sign, the Pepsi machine had an “out of order” sign.  They need to put the “out of order” sign on the front door and lock it for good.  The floors are nasty, trash on the floors; sink looked like an algae experiment going on.

Update 12-15-21 11 dryers not working 11 not marked out of order. No bathroom and now there are 5 chairs total to sit  garbage is full X2. I'm glad no one is here in case I pee myself. 8-16-21 below No bathroom unlocked. Seriously I understand covid 19 but you can touch all over but you can't wash your hands or use the bathroom. Loaded money but the dryer didn't work. ***UPDATE! Still months later and no handle on the bathroom door with out of order sign. Pretty pathetic when you are spending $$$ at least $30 to do laundry. **update no bathroom again. Thanks Dollar general for the restroom. Crazy!/ UPDATE!! No bathroom again. Thanks Dollar general! Dear Diary it's 8-16-21 Lost Monies in the washer $4.75 would buy a happy meal and I could urinate while there. But backs against the wall and used the other washer and dryer. With Love seriously makes me 😭. Update Dear Laundromat, since my wonderful BF lost money in December again and had to wring out his laundry, we are "broke up". No bathroom and you lose money to get your items half clean. Shameful both places in Warren are embarrassing. Out of town is awesome!  I'd rather spend $ on gas.

Terrible place. Worst laundromat I’ve been too. Most of the machines are out of order. I don’t know who owns this place but they need to get a grip on it. Floors are trashy. The place is falling apart.

DO NOT COME HERE! There are COCKROACHES running around even during the day. Half of there washers and dryers don’t work they are always out of order and half of them eat your quarters. If I could give this place a zero star I would.

Typical laundromat some machines work some don't. At least they were marked out of service.
