I just picked up re-stuffed feather pillows.  The zipper covers were missing.  I asked where they were… they called the owner he did not answer.  I left and the owner called and they said they found the covers.  I returned and the owner yelled at me and said I should have told him I wanted to keep the covers.  He threw them at me.  He was rude beyond belief… I will never go back.

I love this place! The owner and staff are always friendly. My clothes come back looking great, and they have a fast turnaround. Will continue going there even when I move out of the area.

Dropped off a load of wash and fold laundry - once I received it all items were stained with blue ink from a pen. Almost 1000$ worth of clothes permanently ruined . Since they folded it they must have noticed and deliberately not told me about it once I stopped in for pickup.

I used their wash and fold. Unfortunately, a new staff member damaged two of my shirts. I was very upset- emailed, called, etc but it was over a weekend that I noticed. When I came in, the owner was very kind and is repairing the clothing. It was an honest mistake and I appreciate the company's dedication to correct  the error.

I used this laundry for 100% cotton dress shirts, summer suits, khaki pants, and wool blazers and suits for almost twenty years until I retired. Now I don't have to dress for work so I am an infrequent customer. I recommend Al's without reservation.

My 6 yr old and I got caught walking when the storm hit. We were soaked and dripping from the rain. Hope was kind enough to let us in the building to protect us from the storm. I asked to clean up the rain we tracked in and she told me not to worry about it. I will be forever grateful. Tha k you again, Hope!

Had my suit cleaned a couple months ago and made the mistake of not unwrapping it until now. The pants and jacket are both covered in little bright red threads. I’ve used 5 sheets of a lint roller and there are still more.

If you need fast, efficient service, this is not the dry cleaner for you.

Dropped off suits Friday at lunch time and was told they won’t be ready until THURSDAY. What a joke.

It is ridiculous that it takes a week to dry clean a suit. I will never use this business again. I will choose a business that values their customers’ time and patronage.

It might be fine if you only wear a suit a few times a year and don’t need it cleaned with any efficiency, but I would NOT recommend this establishment for business professionals who wear a suit to work everyday and need it done in a reasonable amount of time. I ended up only leaving one suit to be dry cleaned because I wouldn’t have enough suits to wear to work next week otherwise.

They have been great and friendly. They clean our rentals down comforters, and they are always faster than they think they will be, and they always look great!

It's ok. I only come here when I have comforters and need to wash a lot at once. It's kinda dirty. The oversize washer cost $6.50 per load! Seems expensive for the shape this place is in.

This place should be shut down. Per years old reviews, half the machines are out of service, and the rest of the dryers don't get hot enough to dry even a single towel. The machines are old as hell and the place is dirty. Total racket Very slummy. Use the washU dryers instead. Wifi didn't work

Little laundromat tucked away in the cut. Never crowded. They have a mix of older and newer machines, but the place is always clean. Reasonable cost to use. Free wifi.
