Olive Cleaners did a great job on my daughter’s wedding dress! Her wedding dress had red wine spilled down the front of it that they were able to remove and you would never even know it was there. The train of her dress got damp from when they took pictures outside before and after the wedding. The dress molded where the folds of the bustle laid. They were able to get the mold out as well. Her dress is back to the original condition looking like it did when we picked it up from the bridal store.

I was looking for a place to clean and package up my wife’s wedding dress as an anniversary gift to her. I came across this place when I was googling. The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding.
Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup.
The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife’s dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360.
I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs and especially if you’re looking to have your wedding dress preserved. My rating : BEST

I brought my wedding dress here to get it cleaned after hours outside doing pictures and our ceremony. The bottom side of the train was black and there were a couple of black spots on the front as well. She did such an amazing job getting everything cleaned thoroughly and it looks brand new again! I will absolutely be back anytime I need something dry cleaned and recommend Olive Cleaners if you're looking to have your wedding dress cleaned!

This is the only place I take my vintage clothing to get cleaned and/or pressed. They will let you know if an item is too delicate to clean, so they will not just take it, charge you, and give you a further damaged garment. This is really appreciated! Cleaning avgs. about $30-$60, pressing about $20, but I mostly deal in 40s and 50s which could involve very old mystery stains or lots of fabric and layers. After having numerous items damaged by other cleaners, I will happily pay at this price point just for the peace of mind that my garments are in good hands. Awesome with acetate, rayon, and silk. They are super friendly and take back your wire hangers.

I gave my coat for pocket zipper repair and dry cleaning. I paid $59.
Pocket zippers were poorest quality. They stuck in the first try in the store.
Store did bad job with dry cleaning as well. There were multiple uncleaned areas. I pointed them out to dry cleaner, they said “you can do the service again” instead of offering to remediate their mess up. I told them I was unhappy with it. Yet I got offered %10 off on my check. I do not recommend this place. They take your jackets for two weeks and do a poor job with it.

West Oak cleaners did an amazing job from start to finish on my daughter-in-law's wedding dress. They were wonderful to work with and kept us involved on the entire process.  They went the extra mile and we are thrilled.

West Oak cleaned my mother's silk Chantilly lace wedding gown from 1958.  Because of the gown's age, it was fragile.  They did a wonderful job.  The dress turned out beautifully.  They are my go to cleaners, especially for anything fragile or delicate.

She ruined my dress for my daughter’s wedding. All I asked for was her to hem it and take in a little at the top. The entire dress feels twisted, but the split in the dress looks horrible now. It’s twisted and pulling. When I picked it up she wasn’t there. That should have been a sign that she messed it up. I hate I even bothered. It doesn’t fall right anymore. I have to leave in one week for the wedding and don’t know if I can get another dress in time. I am devastated. My daughter’s wedding photos will be ruined. I want to be reimbursed for her ruining my dress and I want it fixed asap because I don’t have time to get another dress. I have know choice but to wear the dress now or find someone who can correct her error in time for the wedding. Angry sad customer.

Place was effing disgusting. The washers looked like they had not been cleaned in months. Trash all over the floor. The bathroom was disgusting. The washers left my clothes sopping wet. I honestly can’t believe the local community has allowed a place like this to survive.

im new to the area and i had a large amount of laundry to do and this was the closest place by. some machines had a smell to it too. one machine didn’t properly drain my clothes (there wasnt a sign on it not to use it) so i had to transfer my clothes to another nearby machine to get it done which obviously cost more than expected. then i went to the front to use one of those machines (once again there was no sign or anything not to use it) and the machine ate my $3, showed some code and didnt work. i tried to get more money from the change dispenser but it wouldnt accept my $10 for some reason so i didn’t complete my laundry. i had a decent amount of laundry and not enough coins which is beyond frustrating. so a tip, dont use the front 3 washer, especially the one on the far left towards the vending machine.

Wow. This place just keeps getting worse and worse.  Was there a change in owners or something?  Used to come here a few times a year to wash throw rugs and it was never great, but passable.  Now it smells like they have some kind of issue with their sewer trap.  Disgusting stench throughout the building.

Thank you for being open since I'm not from this area it was super helpful having an open laundry mat. Only complaint is against the people who abuse the kindness of the owners by not cleaning up after themselves in restroom it's disgusting. Please be more mindful the owners are kind enough to allow us to use the facility, have manners and respect them by keeping it clean.

I'll prolly use them again, but that photo has got to be photo shopped it's pretty icky there, bathroom feels like "only in an extreme emergency, and do not sit down." I  sit in my car and go when it isn't busy. on a couple occasions  I needed to be reimbursed, 1 is because there's a "stick trick" if the soap gets stuck if you bought the singles I didn't understand the sign theres a stick on top the machine, 1X my dryer didn't get hot. Both isolated incidents the phone # is posted owner picked up each time asked if I needed it now I didn't and told him when I'd be back no hassle although not sure if I needed it right then what would have happened. It's still way better environment than up on 367 or n.hanley but they have better machines if they aren't blocked by the homeless or having dryer fires
