I have a bridesmaid dress that had a water spot on it before I even got to wear it to the wedding I am supposed to wear it to. I took it to this shop and he got it out completely. You can’t even tell it was there! He did this quick and efficiently. He was also very kind! 10/10 would recommend!!

1st time being there. The washers and dryers are nice and clean. The only thing is one of the dryers is 6$ to dry but I think that's because it's a big dryer. But all in all, it's a good clean laundry mat. I'll be coming back!🙂

Washers are old and a lot of them smell. While I assume my clothes are clean I would  expect at least 1/2 hour to wash but only got 23 min. Dryers .25 cents for 5 minutes! Dryers never got hot. Took a lot to dry clothes. Bring lots of money if you have a lot to wash and dry

Many machines to wash and dry clothes. Currently $2.50 a wash, with the large driers along the wall costing 25 cents per five minutes. Clean, well lit, next to a shopping plaza, centrally located in Latrobe.

I believe it is the only one in town, with another located on RT 30, and another located on Industrial Blvd/RT 982.

The staff are kind and helpful and I want to support a family owned local business. Unfortunately, the business hours (closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will keep me from using their services again. Additionally, on a couple of occasions, my stated pickup date was delayed. I just can’t give my support to a business who isn’t open a majority of the week and doesn’t hit their promised pickup times.

Under new ownership, recently.

Seamstress, No patience. No attempt to work with, clarify or even communicate with the customer before affixing permanently. No knowledge of basting and fitting process.

The 1 redeeming person is the kind receptionist who accepted and wrote up the slip who recognized the task as not ordinary and instinctively noted to "CALL him" without me saying it.

When I did get a call, it was to pick it up, not clarify as I expected. On pointing out seamstress mistakes to her, receptionist immediately made several calls to get hold of seamstress on also seeing clearly the mistakes.

A simple phone call to clarify could have made the difference. How hard is it to pick up the phone?

I couldn’t have had a better experience. Not only did they get the tough stain out of my winter coat, they did it in two days and had the best customer service! Very kind people. And it was at a great price. 10/10 will go again. Highly recommend.

Great place and Service.  Never an issue they can't resolve / fix.
Google has your open hours incorrect .. door reads 10 Am. Google showed you open at 7, stoped by and you were closed.. now I know.

Esquire Cleaners will not steer you wrong. Exemplary spot removal that knows no bounds. As a former patron, I wish such services were in my new location.
