I had a really good experience. I had 2 suites, and a wedding dress to be dry cleaned. I needed a tear fixed in one suite and thankfully They have a tailor. Although anything tailored takes a week, which is more than reasonable to me. The results were great, the staff was extremely nice and they actually found money in my suit and returned it! The prices were extremely reasonable as well. I will be going here from now on!

I didn’t get the chance to utilize this business, but when I called just to ask about having a short notice service done (I knew it was a long shot), I was rudely cut off and told “It’s all done already.”

I said oh, you are done for the weekend? The woman on the line said everything is shut down, all the machinery. I responded that their hours say they are open until 7pm (it was 12:54pm), and she said yes but everything closes at 11am. I told her I had no way of knowing that, which is why I was calling to ask.

I will not be using them in the future if that’s how they handle speaking to potential customers who call to make an inquiry and don’t know the ins and outs of how they run their business.

Great dry cleaner. Very efficient and extremely friendly service. Their prices are very reasonable. Just my opinion, but I would highly recommend them over Ruby's cleaners.

Love that they keep it simple and don't make anything complicated. I explain what needs done, desk person writes it all down and confirms the details. I'm given the dry cleaning costs and alteration/repair estimates, advised when my items will be ready for pick up. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly, welcoming, efficient, and professional. Every item that I've taken there has been returned to me in perfect condition with impeccable workmanship.

I dropped off my dress yesterday and needed it express cleaned for today for my sisters wedding because it was ruined by another dry cleaner, the people couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating and I picked it up this morning and it looks good as new! Joe the owner was so nice and Cierra was so helpful. The price was great too! Thank you so much!!

Wish I could give a review better than five stars. I have been going to this cleaners religiously for the past three years and I trust them implicitly. Great service and turn around. They are the only cleaners I will use and I currently drive an hour each way to continue coming here.

Update 1/15/24
In November, the zipper on my favorite (and only) winter coat finally gave out. Being a double zipper, Pasquale was available to do the fix. He's excellent. Been in the trade for 50+ years from my conversation with him.

It took a week, cost $55, and my coat is like new.
I also got the seams restitched under the arms for $28 on a previous visit. Very happy with both fixes.
