TLC Cleaners

I have been going to TLC cleaners for years for dry cleaning and alterations and have always had very good experience.  Yesterday I had an alterations “emergency” and needed my son’s dress pants hemmed for his homecoming which required same day service.  I went into TLC at 3:30 pm on a Friday desperate to see if they could do this for me.  Adam was extremely accommodating.  He measured the pants on my son and said not to worry that it would be done!  In my opinion, Adam and Silva went above and beyond.  I have known for years how much they appreciate their customers but this was at an entirely different level.  On top of it, Silva is a very talented seamstress.  I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I have used this cleaner and alteration service for years. There have been 3 different owners that were all exceptional.  The current owner stands out by providing legacy services and also updating their operations for the benefit of their customers.  I have NEVER had an issue with them.  Whatever I bring to them is always returned quickly and perfectly cleaned or altered.  This is a business that you can depend upon with owners and staff that are delightful and professional.

Avoid this cleaners at all costs! I brought in two coats for cleaning and specifically told the owner that one had dog hair. He assured me it was no problem. When I picked them up, that coat was still covered in dog hair—but even worse, it was completely ruined. Whatever they used tore the fabric apart and changed its texture.

When I called during my lunch break to address the issue and offered to send pictures, the owner immediately started screaming at me. He yelled that he didn’t care about my photos and that I could bring it in if I wanted. When I explained I was too far to return, he kept shouting that I could just take him to small claims court.

This business is unprofessional, careless, and downright rude. Save yourself the headache and take your clothes somewhere else!

Been using them for a long time, from back when they were Sooz & Sons.  Very friendly and accommodating, solid and consistent service - both dry cleaning and minor alterations.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and the turnaround is very quick. I get my suits dry cleaned here and get them back to me within 2 days, and they send you an automated text message as soon as your clothes are ready!

My suits always smell amazing after getting cleaned here. Highly recommend this place, and it is now my go-to dry cleaners.
