I brought a shirt and jacket into the Bristol store for same day cleaning and pressing.  The associate at the counter was very helpful.  She let me know if I need my clothes earlier that day, I could pick them up in Berlin. The Berlin store texted me when the order was ready.  I picked up my clothes before 4 pm.  They looked great. The associate in Berlin was just as pleasant as Bristol.

First review that was not absolutely positive. I have a formal function this weekend. I brought my suit in to be dry. Cleaned with two buttons needed to be reinforced. Told them I needed it by Thursday. They said no problem. When I went to pick it up the buttons had not been addressed so the young lady at the counter told me to come back in an hour. Which I did wasting more of my day, to have a surly young lady tell me they do not do buttons on blazers or suit jackets. This would’ve been great information to know on Monday when I dropped it off because I would’ve gone somewhere else. Now I’m leaving in the morning a button short.  This is really disappointing because time was crucial with this very busy week not that that should matter.

Welcoming customer service & very clean.  I was promised a Same day service which ended up being done before my promised pick up time. The text alert letting me know my clothes were ready was great as well.

I brought in a suit for same day cleaning in early August. Both their website and the literal wallpaper in the business state “in by 10am, ready by 4pm.” I arrived at 9:30am on a Friday and was told it was too late for same day service. When I pointed to the wall where it’s printed 10am, the manager came over and told me those are the “summer hours” (which it was still summer). I am very non confrontational, so when the manager said they could press the suit and clean the shirt, I agreed. When I picked it up, I basically paid $30 for nothing. The shirt was still dirty with stains on it. Not to mention, it is now mid September and the website still says 10am drop off for same day service. If this is not the case, the website should be updated.

Family owned, friendly and quality professional service. They did an amazing job on my vintage wool coat, it came out beautiful. Joanna moved the label to hide some old moth damage on the inside and Lena educated me about moth damage which is very good to know. She steamed my coat and it came out so nice!! They are my new cleaners. I recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, quality service.

Highly highly recommend. First I have to add that my husband has been getting his work suits cleaned here for years so when I had a project I needed done they popped in mind.  I wanted to give a custom last minute Christmas gift as my sister in law is having a baby next month and recently had her dad pass. I called frantically Tuesday morning and was told to drop off the material I wanted to use ASAP. I went 15 minutes later and did so. Few days later and bam! Done! Unbelievable I’m so impressed!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
