Half of the machines don't work.    It's cheap here to wash and dry.  Staff here is friendly.  They now have a working change machine.

I’ve been going there 3 years! Cindy n the other lady’s are very kind unfortunately they got new owners and he is a complete jerk n he has the nerve to tell you can go somewhere else that’s fine cuz I found something lot cheaper n I hope them lady’s fine a better place to work cuz he is a complete jerk!! And if anyone does drop off calumet laundry starts at 1.00 per lb I hope this helps anyone who needs it

The level of sanitation in this place is absolutely digesting! Almost all machines resembles the attached photo. I’ve expressed my concern before and no results. I’ll be contacting the city next as this is unacceptable. Lastly, only 30% of the equipment is in-service.

I just went in right now 08/13/2021 @2:56pm and i asked the lady at that was sitting there soon as you walk in for quarters mind you i didn’t bring my clothes in yet because i went in first to make sure the place wasn’t crowded! She first was going to give me the quarters she had on her then after that she told me to go to the machine when i walked to the machine for quarters she asked me where was my clothes i told her they were in the car she said i couldn’t get any quarters until i brought my clothes in cuz she thought i was “trying to take quarters away from her customers” like i wasn’t going to be one! Be mindful when you go here to wash!!!!! Just rude if you ask me!

Washers were broken down, the washers that did work had a funky smell and they were in need of deep cleaning the soap and softener dispensers had build up on them. Looks like  the whole place could use a good cleaning and updating. I’ve been to laundry mats that kept their machines clean and looking presentable at least most likely won’t come back
