More machines are broken, today it took 7$ from my mom (both a dryer and a washer) she tried calling and nobody picked up it WAS a good laundry mat that needs a remote for the TV. It's as clean as most I've been to definitely better than the one at the end of Main Street behind the ice-cream shop, it's open 24/7 which is convenient nothing to really complain about, also a nice mural on the wall

I only came here because the laundromat i usually go to was packed. First off it smells so bad, barely any washers work the ones that do have stagnant water in the washers and in the creases of doors. There are gnats everywhere probably because of all the water. Not only did my washer not finish the load the other washer door on another load wouldnt open for 10 min once cycle was done. Absolutely filthy and there are sheets and material all over floor in spots to soak up the leaks. Reading the reviews you realize this is a common theme over the years it isnt something new.
Go to workmans laundry it is absolutely spotless at all times with zero leaks and issues.

As of 06/05/2022 - Run down poor excuse for a laundromat. If u can't afford to keep up on maintenance then sell it to someone who will! 10 out of 26 washers WORK!! Out of the 10 that do, 2 have obvious signs of leaking, and one u have to lift the door to shut it! 32 total dryers Only 20 are FUNCTIONAL!! RIDICULOUS!!
If u can't run a business then get out of it.

Horrible laundromat.. if you can even really call it that. The place downsized months ago, open all during construction but upped the prices on all their washers/dryers by 0.75 cents and then cut the dry time on the smaller dryers from 8 minutes to 4 minutes per quarter AND cut the time down further on big dryers from 5 minutes to 4 minutes as well. That’s not even the worst of it.

The washers do not work!!! Half are missing doors or mildewy smelling rank! The other half do not spin! THIS PLACE IS NOT MAINTAINED OR EVER MAINTENANCED! Be prepared to get a door error and have the time on your clothes run out.

There is no proper contact for machine malfunction, as well as for when machines eat quarters. They do not agitate your clothes and the clothes dont come clean.

Come here if you want to waste $3-$7 per load to wash and wonder if your clothes are clean because they WONT be wet after the cycle. Then have to pay $3.75 to dry the dirty clothes.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT. I ENCOURAGE THE PEOPLE OF FROSTBURG TO DO THE SAME.

Your machines are junk and crappy business like this ruining this town!! Take your crooked ways elsewhere!! We deserve better.

Machine 5 would not start.  Lost $300. No refund slips available and no attendant   Maybe have a refund slip available?

I thought the laundry mat was nice! The gentleman who was on- site for their wash, dry, fold services was very helpful. It was clean, the floors were mopped, counters were wiped off, and the machines worked as they should. Inside you will load money on the laundry card with cash or your credit card and you are set!

Laundromat is nice and clean but bathrooms were locked. This was my first time coming so I’m assuming they were locked because it was outside of the hours that the attendant would be there. Just annoying that I had to go elsewhere to use the restroom.

Very clean!! Owners/workers are extremely helpful and responsive via cameras if not available in person. Different system than most with the prepaid cards but it is easy to figure out. Very excited to have this location open!

Fleas were everywhere got on me and my cloths couldn't even finish my laundry
