So here we go again!  Quite a few of the machines aren’t working and your bathroom is without soap, toilet paper and paper towels AGAIN. Your business is filthy AGAIN and you have zero pride in ownership. TRY HARDER! This is unacceptable.

Extremely dirty everywhere, ceiling tiles falling, many machines out of order with no signs, etc. The dryer covered our comforter in (what we assume is) grease stains to the point it was completely wrecked. We will only be going to chain of lakes laundry from now on. So many people use this place, it’s a shame it isn’t kept up better.

It's hit or miss here! 3 times I loaded my clothes & put soap & softener in the dispenser.....and the machine didn't work or jammed coin slots .... whole place eally needs cleaning ....& one lady lost over $7.00 while I was there! Call the emergency number & he tells her she can get s refund at 11 am the NEXT DAY!  She would have to make a special trip to town just to get a refund! And at these high gas prices, probably not worth her time & money! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Update! The lady who lost $7 ....her washer wouldn't complete cycle & had locked her clothes inside it.... she called emergency number & they tell her to climb over the machine & unplug it and reset to open....tried this ridiculous remedy 3 times before it worked! Get a attendant on duty!

This place is a dump. Right now at least 6 of the dryers don't work and haven't for the last 2 1/2 months, and as for the washing machines you'll be lucky if half of them work. Can't wait till our house is built so we don't have to come here again. P.S also the change machine is out of order most of the time. The owner need to fix this place up.

Went in to wash couple loads of clothes, left without washing or drying a single item of clothing. Reason? Seems a certain group of people are in there and they save the next available washer/dryer for their friend or friends. Impossible for an "outsider", or I guess I will just lay it out there, "white" person to even get close to  , washing even 1 load of clothes. Something has to be done about this. But I suppose as long as the business is getting the money, nothing will happen. If roles were reversed here, it would probably be a lawsuit? Guess I will have to go to Work with dirty clothes this week. All they have to do to see this happening is look over the surveillance cameras and it will be clear as day. Any,ay, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless they want to waste gas to go do their clothes, and  never even get a chance at a washing machine. Will have to start washing my clothes down at the river I guess..
