Have been using their services for years!! You can’t beat their dependability, consistency or pricing! Everyone is always so kind and friendly when you are dropping off and picking up your items.

We've been very happy with Jim's Dry Cleaners!  Our daughter in North Carolina asked us to have my measurements taken by a Tuxedo store, my wife called and was told to come in and that this was not unusual and made her feel at ease! Also, when we utilized the dry cleaners they've  explained various spots on my wife's dress and Rain Coat and helped her again.

Top loaders dont wash with hot water even though it charges extra, haven't tried front loaders but otherwise very budget friendly location

Once again, I've lost money in your machine. This morning, six machines are not working. I realize they get a lot of use, but they should be checked daily as they are not new machines. And you already know three of them aren't working.

Very clean, the machines were all clean and working well. In a good neighborhood and the other customers were very friendly. Only drawback for our family is there are no public bathrooms. Other than that, would highly recommend!

This place has really stepped things up from the days when I had to go to a laundromat each week. I'm glad to see that the days of the local laundromat being a miserable hole-in-the-wall that took your money without any regard as to whether or not the machines worked properly or to the actual cleanliness of the location. Most weeks I'd leave from there feeling dirtier than before I washed and dried my clothes. The clientele did little too boost morale back then either. Parents would come in with six kids all filthy, loud and obnoxious and the kids weren't any better. Luxuries such as a change machine or a soda machine were unheard of due to the vandals and thieves that used the place as their hangout in the winter months.
I wasn't at this laundromat for myself but I'm happy to know that if there should come a time when I will be in need of a clean, civilized place to do my weekly laundry, I can stay right in my neighborhood instead of driving to the next town just to avoid the laundromat horrors of yesterday. And should I need change, I won't have to make a special trip to the bank or local car wash to get it.
So in the days of most things only getting worse with time, my local laundromat right on Lake Shore Dr Dunkirk where it has been forever, a new three minutes from my home, has stepped up their game and proved that not everything from the past turned to garbage. I hope that the people that still have to use this facility each week realize just how lucky they are and will help keep it from returning to the blemish on the face of humanity that it was not all that long ago..
