This is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I’ve ever used! While I was in there I saw multiple employees cleaning, dusting, etc. That’s so important when you are in a place to CLEAN your clothes.

I also noticed that these dryers didn’t give that “burnt” smell like other laundromats where the heat setting is too high no matter what you do.

They have multiple ways to pay for the services instead of just quarters! I mean it’s 2025, why aren’t all laundromats doing this yet?!

The facility itself was nice, however they are NOTORIOUS for jacking your money. The last time I was there, I was like triple charged for services I didn’t even want because my phone was simply placed near the card reader and no one was willing to get my money back. But that’s not why I’m here.
Tonight, my partner went to do laundry, showed up within the window of the last wash to start. Not only was she again triple charged by machines she wasn’t using, but they also kicked her out at closing VERY aggressively and even threatened to call the police, blatantly harassing her while the cycle was in the middle of doing our clothes in the dryer. The employees are a joke, needlessly disrespectful, and treat customers as if they’re a burden. As someone who also works in the service industry, they should know better.

If I could get this laundromat no stars I would I spent almost $100 doing four totes of laundry the washers and dryers are very expensive. The only good thing I can say about this place is they are very clean. We just moved into a duplex my two grandchildren and I I live on a fixed income on disability so sure if I had the money and could afford $100 each time I had to do laundry that would be fine but I cannot the dryer was $1.75 minimum just to get it started so I do not see how that is cheap when I had to keep feeding the dryers quarters I've been in the laundromat with $100 and when I was done I came out with $2 in quarters and I know I did not lose any money in the laundromat except for in the washers and dryers they ate up all but $2 of my quarters

Pulled in at 908pm the old man comes outside and tells us they are closed and said he even had turned the open light off. And I said the door says 10pm and then he proceeded to tell me that last load can't be started after 9pm. Again I said that's not what the door says. And he said well it has to be done by 10 and I said it will be if we're not standing outside arguing about this 1 load. Probably will find another place to go. Really liked the lady that was here.

This place is great! First off. Let me say that I am a truck driver and I go all over the US. Normally I hate laundry mats that use a card system because I rarely go back to the same one twice. This place, however, has an attendant on duty and they will refund the cost of the card as well as anything left over on the card that's under $5. This is a fantastic customer focused policy and any truck drivers in the area. I highly recommend coming here.

My husband and I have been patronizing this family-owned business, since we found them in 2022.   Respectable and friendly parents and their son.   We take our blazers or whatever we needed to be dry cleaned on Thursdays because as seniors, we get 10% discount.  Last Thursday, we paid $12.15 (after discount of $1.35) for 2 blazers.   There is no discount for comforters.   Does not matter what size your comforter is, you pay $28.50 each.  We brought in 1 queen-sized and 1 king-sized comforters and we paid $57 ($28.50 x 2).   Will continue coming here.  Good location.  Nice people.   Good work.

Went in 1 week later and dealt with the wife and she was EXTREMELY RUDE & said the garments wouldn't be ready until Monday. It's 8:32 AM & DOOR WINDOW SAYS IN BY 9 AM and OUT BY 530 PM. She also is charging $1 more per garment. Instead of it being $9.50 like it was last week. Same day service also is now $11.50. GAVE ALL 5 STARS LAST WEEK BUT WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

waste of time coming here! First of all, some dude came out of the back and the first thing he says to me is the make and model of my car and acts like it was below me to drive that. Thanks for that feeling today. Then there’s a sign that clearly says same-day service which I get if it’s in by 9 AM I can get it by 5 PM so if I have it by 3 PM today, I should be able to get that tomorrow after 5pm? correct? Nope, she told me I can have it afternoon on Wednesday. Which made no sense when she offered same-day service so wouldn’t I be able to get this after 5 PM tomorrow? I turned around and snapped a picture of the window and not even 10 seconds later. The lady came barging out. I don’t know what she said, but she didn’t have a great look on her face. Clothes are dry cleaned and starched perfectly every time.  They have a great, friendly staff too. I especially love the young man who always compliments my car and greets me when I visit.

They are all very pleasant and very good, I was super disappointed with the timing of service I dropped off Saturday called Monday they said it would be ready after 5:30P I thought okay I'll just pick it up on my way to work, they did not have my pants pressed when I came in at 9am the next day, the owner or clerk offered to stay late for pick up, I refused because I live very far from there and would not like to stop on my way home, on my way to work is fine but I didn't want to have to stop on my way, I came in the next day and everything was ready they were super nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I believe they are very good but lack timing based on my experience (could have been my emphasis on timing and not their fault)

This place is scary and there are always people smoking weed inside of the building. The machines make your clothes smell like gasoline and half of them dont work.

This was my first time in this laundromat and the attendant helped me pick the right machine for my load ( two sleeping bags) and some great advice on how to wash them. Great experience.

This place is clean and reasonably priced. I as a truck driver have never been in laundromat that had a press for customers to use. If in Oklahoma City again and need to do laundry, this will be my stop.

I wouldn’t go here. The washers are always broke and in the middle of one of my wash cycles their washer broke, and then they refuse to give me back my money to get a new washer because my clothes are ““ what caused it to break. Unprofessional about letting us know when we came back in to switch loads that the washer had broke was rude. Very disrespectful. Do not recommend coming here. I’ve been coming here 2 years now! Just sad I’ll be going elsewhere where now!

This is a pretty nice laundromat.  It appears to be well maintained.  Many of the machines look almost new!

The wash price seems a little high, but you can dry for free, which can be cheaper in the long run!

Went to a laundromat across the street and they were charging $15 to run the large washer. Came to laundry station and only had to pay six dollars for a similar sized washer. The lady working was super helpful and friendly. If I ever need a laundromat again, I’m definitely coming here! Their washers run on a card system, and it is so much nicer than carrying around a bunch of change!

For machinery uses, you make a payment at the X-CHANGER' CASH ONLY (not to worry- they have an ATM inside the facility)  Follow easy step-by-step instructions on the screen. Remove card and good to go. Provides Drop-Off Station. Not to mention the 10% Off on Wednesdays.

Literally just beat us out of $10 dollars saying that Money was put on the card. My son put the money on the card, the machine was giving errors while we are waiting for a manager to tell laundromat attendant that no money was on the card.
2nd time I've had issues with this laundromat.

I’ve always had good experiences here I usually come in a hour before close and am out 15-20 minutes before close and I only ever use one washer and dryer. I don’t ever have many belongings. I needed to wash my clothes for Christmas and showed up at 10:49 and the door was locked. The sign on the door says open till midnight last load is at 11. Again, I have come many times before and had no issue. I called the store and asked why they were closing over an hour early when the sign clearly stated the hours and she hung up on me . Will not be returning.

The Maverick Laundromat

This is our second time coming here and WE LOVE IT! The atmosphere is welcoming and soothing for a day of doing laundry! The moment you walk in you are greeted with cleanliness, friendliness, and responsive to your needs. One the washers had a bit of technical issues, but the owner helped right away and comped a new wash! We love it here and will continue to come back! Oh and did I say affordable?! Yes, it is!

I travel for work all over the country and stay in hotels. In town for 2 weeks  hotel did not have an operable laundry. Is this normal in this part of the country?  Facility has alot of machines. $7 dollars for the medium machine is highest I have seen. Most are $4.50 to $5.50. Needs to be updated to the credit card machines if  charging that much. Coin changer worked, thankfully. No bathroom for customer use, not a good thing. Luckily the Wendy's obliges. Will advise coworkers that come to area to work at Tinker AF base to NOT use this facility

I'm honestly sorry, it's all a mess, the washing machines are at 7 dollars, I know everything is expensive but the most I've seen for a regular washing machine was 4 dollars, these washing machines are regular 7 dollars, which are a little bigger 9 dollars I'm surprised at how expensive it is, I don't recommend it.

Very expensive. Craziest wash is $7, big washer is $9. Nobody on duty. Some machines don't accept ANY quarters, but you don't know it till after you've already wasted your soap. Won't be back.

This laundry mat is horrible, dont put your money in the machines unless you like to gamble. I messaged the "Issues?" number, and never got a response. $7 in a washer, gone! The dryer I attempted to use is out of commission, there should be a sign up stating that! Poor management!

I brought my son’s prom pants in to be altered on April 7th. I was told it would take until Friday to get them done, which was fine since prom isn’t until the 19th. I wasn’t able to pick the pants up until the following week due to being out of town. My son tried the pants on last night and I noticed that the alteration job was horrible. The hem was at least 3 inches too short, you could see the stitching on the outside of the pants, and neither pants legs were even. I spoke to the owner, but I didn’t have any luck with explaining to her my situation and she kept telling me to bring them next week after I told her I needed them fixed by Saturday. At this point I am not sure if I would want them fixed by them since the first time was horrible. My only mistake was not checking them before I left. If you decide to get your items altered, check them before you leave.

Had to take my son uniform in for patches on his blues.  They did an amazing job!  Friendly staff!

My husband had his shirts dry cleaned here a couple times and was very happy with them. Last week he brought his shirts home and one had bleach stains all over it. He's not the type to complain but he was upset that his favorite shirt was ruined.

Just want to give people a heads up when they are looking for dry cleaners.

They fixed a zipper to my favorite travel bag over nite n it was better than the original zipper I luv them!

I used this service and it was decent however I had two recent experiences where I brought clothing in to have things sewn on and on both occasions things I wanted sewn on were not sewn on and the items were missing when I arrived for pickup. When I asked why they had not been sewn on I was told I had not even brought in the items for sew on and/or those items that were to be sewn on were now somehow located at a sister shop. Why that happened I am unsure. I had tried to give them a chance after the first mishap, but I am overall not happy with the service I've been provided most recently and will be going elsewhere from now on.

This place is so clean and well lit I feel so safe in here, I stopped using my other laundry place because it always smelled like cigarettes and was always dirty and I'm so glad I did. This place is SO much better! It's clean, well lit, there's plenty of machines even on the busy days and the people running the place are super friendly 10/10 recommend

Never open on time it’s suppose to open at 7:30am and it’s 8:00 and nobody is here!!! I also got $20 worth of quarter and the machine only gave me $10 in quarters and they never gave me my money back. Always use small bills they won’t refund you.

The lady with the children seemed like a hard worker. I remember back when I was younger my single Mother of 3 kids had to sometimes bring us to work. She was a role model to me teaching g me about the value of a dollar, and work ethic. Ppl need 2 more respectful and if not let's catch a fair one
