Spent 8$. No water. No one would answer phone ! Had to change washers. Lost my money. Wish there was another laundry in Poteau.Just switched machines. Spent another 8$. No water. No answers on phone. This sucks! Finally got ahold of someone. Water break. They said they would refund me??? When???

DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. We went on a Tuesday afternoon. We were the only ones there until 4:00. Machines that were out of order had signs on them. Small machines are $3 each wash. Medium are $4, large capacity is $8. I used 3 small washers and they all worked fine. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. It took $1 per load and then 50 cents more to finish off a few thicker garments. I had reservations about the place but was pleasantly surprised.

They lady was so rude to my girlfriend. Especially in front of her son. she wouldn't even allow us to finish getting our clothes. Because of the old lady I missed a very important business meeting.

It's all big machines now the small washers are three dollars and the big washers are eight dollars each. Sundays are usually very busy, and you have to wait for a washer sometimes. Dryers are big and start at twenty-five cents for a few minutes. There's a change machine. However, it gets empty out of change, and all machines require quarters. Just try to bring plenty of quarters. No soap is available, so bring your own. Business hours are from seven to nine.

If I could give this place is zero Stars I would.  The place is filthy unattended and it smells like an outhouse.  There is no restroom so people use them sink as the potty, and oh you can tell.  I wouldn't be surprised if you're going to the bathroom in the machines either cuz they stink just as bad.  🤢 GROSS!

It was clean but had some homeless issues when I was there. Police were there due to the problem.

First time using Suds & Duds.  Wouldn't come back, except it's the only one near me!  The place where you put the soap was disgustingly dirty!  You put clean soap in where there is heavens knows how many layers of dirty built up soap, how clean do you think your clothes are going to be?  PLEASE clean out the soap dispensers when your done washing... cause apparently that's the only way they're gonna get clean!!  One of the washers my mom used, ripped her off twice, and $4 per load ain't cheap!!  There was no one there to complain to?? I also agree with other patrons who posted about the lack of facilities.  Ain't saying I'm old, but when you gotta go... YOU GOTTA GO!!

Overall, and considering it's one of the very few laundromats in the area, it's not too bad.  It's fairly clean (could be cleaner), fairly reasonably priced (I've seen better), and it could definitely stand to be bigger.  If it's busy, you'll be waiting for a machine to open up.  They only have (1) 4x load washer, and then they get smaller from there.  I use this place to wash my blankets and sheets because my personal machine is too small to handle them.  The dryers are ok, not great, but ok.  They get really warm, but not really hot.  So it might take a few cycles to get your clothes or, in my case, bed clothes dry.  The price isn't horrible, like I said, but it's not the greatest either.  It costs $8 for the 4x load machine, $.50 per 7 minute dry cycle on the 4x dryers (they only have 3 of them), and $.25 per 5 minute dry cycle on the other dryers.   Like I said above, it's not a horrible place overall.  However, it's also not the greatest.  Especially if you need to do several loads at once fairly often.  There are better places that can accommodate bigger and more loads of laundry, for about the same price or cheaper just across the state line in Ft. Smith, AR.  So if you're new to the Spiro, OK area and need a place to do laundry, just keep that in mind.

Nice and clean little laundry mat. Most of the machines in great working order and they strive to get issues fixed as quickly as possible. Just don't bring your dogs bedding...posted not allowed to wash them here. Well lit and central heat and air.

I went there and a guy put his clothes in a working washer that had no warning on it and is starting leaking from the bottom and leaked all over the floor and the emergency stop button was not working. Please fix it if the owners can

I went there to wash a large blanket. The machine is $8.00 and takes quarters. So I have to put in 32 quarters to use it. BOTH machines jammed up and took my money at or around the $3.00 mark. There’s a sign on the machine saying if it does that, not to put anymore quarters in. Well, DUH….If they have machines that rip people off, then fix them or take them out of service. I’m extremely unhappy with this place, and of course, there’s nobody there to rectify anything.

We needed to wash some large blankets so we used this laundromat. Have not used one in years. Laundromat was very clean, machines were well maintained, and convenient. While the large washer was expensive, it handled a large load and was quick and efficient. Dryers were very reasonably priced. We recommend this facility to anyone needing a laundromat.

The first time I used this laundromat for my work clothes it was okay. They had one small washing machine for work clothes but it worked. The place was clean and had a place to sit. But they do not have a bathroom. The second time I went there to was my rig clothes there was two washers available for work clothes. But the first one I put money in and tried to use wouldn't wash. It would fill up with water so I had to pull the wet clothes out and put in the other one. I was not very thrilled.
