Although Ernie provided excellent service and assistance in navigating how the laundromat works, I only gave this location one star because I was highly disappointed overall. Over ten washers and six to seven dryers were out of order, and the place was uncomfortably hot. It was clear that Ernie did not have enough support to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. She was set up to fail, but she deserves recognition for maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude under such challenging circumstances. The owner clearly does not care about reviews or providing excellent service. They seem more focused on making as much money as possible, knowing that this is a necessary service. It’s disappointing when business owners lack pride in their work and do not strive to make their company the best it can be.

If you are traveling through this area for work or leisure, and do not want to purchase their "rapid card" then do not stop here. They have a few washers that will take a credit card, and even fewer dryers. Washing my clothes was easy, but other customers that had the rapid card, used the 2 dryers that took credit card, so I was stuck with wet clothes. The rest of the country is building laundromats where you can use an app to start the machines. Perhaps this place should look into updating their technology. The lack of a laundry app is only 1 thing that I mentioned. Yes, there are machines that take credit cards, but half of them do not work. So, the only true way to do laundry here is to have cash. Old school technology.

The machines do not accept coins,but cards that are purchased in the store. They cost a buck, but you can reload them. The machines worked well enough. The dryers are 25 cents for eight minutes. Those dryers are where the money is spent. They do get pretty hot, though.
The only real negative is that the a/c was off. I visited this place on 5/19. Oh, by the way,the place was clean and the gal there is quite helpful. That is a real plus!

We were in here on a Sunday. It was busy & spotless! Le was working & was very friendly & efficient. We were only passing through so didn’t need to purchase a card to use for laundry & were unfamiliar with this process, she walked us through it & she ran her card so we could just pay her one time. She would check when people put their clothes in the dryer to make sure they remind to adjust setting if they needed to. She knew how long it would take to get our items dry. We did about 8 loads using triples & doubles & it was less than $19.00!! That is good from our experience!! And nice & clean & friendly & helpful!! Thank you!

Clean City is a great place to do your laundry, it's always clean quiet and never really crowded on the days and time's that I go but I'm sure I just get lucky. I love that the machines take their card that you can reuse & also reload instead of having to load quarter after quarter which is a complete waste of time for me, I also believe that the machines take credit cards but there is an atm on site in case you need it.

Shame I can only give 5 stars cause this place is a 10 star top notch place. The gentleman that runs it is beyond the coolest guy you'll ever meet. My pieces came out perfect and the prices are beyond fair. I will continue to go back.

I went in (in a panic) to see if they could get my son’s suit done that SAME day. He was SO NICE. Even though he had SO much to do that day he assured me that it would get done. And it WAS. I offered to pay him extra but he refused. The suit was done WELL - perfectly cleaned. He was SO kind. Patient. SUPER FRIENDLY AND PATIENT. I have now decided that Tower Cleaners on S Garland is the ONLY place I will go to for my dry cleaning needs !

I took a new black shirt to have Dry Cleaned. I specifically ask to have Dry Cleaned become if it's washed the color tends to fade. I know they charge extra for dry clean. I really didn't mind paying extra for dry clean. When I picked it up I checked it and to my biggest fear they washed it and pressed it in the laundry. The material was completely ashy. The area around the color and sleeves was completely damaged. It had lint all over it. I complained to the owner and she was extremely unprofessional. She walked away many time. She brought out a worker to talk to me. He was very kind but why would I want to talk to the worker. The worker is not the owner and plus he had to do his job. First time going and the last. Very unprofessional customer service.

I have went here for 20 years plus.  Service has always been good.  Often times I see officers here since a lot of them take their uniforms here.

UPDATE 5 yes later:  Gave them benefit of the doubt after damaged many jeans..burnt or tears and never their fault (yeah right)!!  This time NO MORE even it means going out of my way!!  Continued withholds and this week, just look at this!!!!  Who irons their jeans like this.  My previous pants were all L@v)s and was made to think it was jeans well started with regular jeans but same damage.  My husband has been taking work pants for a while already and we started noticing like bleach holes in clothes but thought it was the pants so he started buying more expensive brands and it's still happening.  I really think it's this place.  We r finding more and more and in odd areas. BAD BAD SERVICE

My original cleaners closed down so I gave this place a test run. It’s been about 4 months and we are quite satisfied with the customer service & quality.

Dropped off 6 dress shirts and 4 dress pants last Saturday to the manager (older gentlemen) and was told it will be ready the following Monday. I picked up on Monday from a young woman worker and I kept telling her I was missing one dress shirt. Although the ticket only indicated 5 shirts & 4 pants, I know my personal belongings and what I dropped off. Went home to double check and I was certain I was missing a shirt. I called again and she said she will leave a note for the manager to call me in the morning. The following morning, I never received a phone call so I called myself. When I called the woman, she gave the phone to the manager and I told him my situation. I described to both workers what my dress shirt looked like and how it was one of my favorite shirts. The manager then gaslighted me by saying “sometimes people mistakenly think they brought in 10 things when it’s often 9.” I continuously told him how I was certain I was missing a shirt. He then told me he will work with me and then rudely hung up on me. About a week later and no update. I will never continue my business here again. I understand the company receive lots of items per day, but as a customer, I know the amount of clothing I dropped off and expect to pick up. Not sure why my missing shirt wasn’t indicated on the ticket, perhaps it got ruined or lost, so they deleted it off the ticket. Overall, the other reviews for this place makes sense because other customer notified lost personal clothing as well.

I had a very heavy bedspread cleaned..  I was charged for a king spread and not for extra for weight.
I drove out of my way to use this Perry's and they were very nice
and did a great job.  5* for me.

I took my husbands dress suit to be cleaned.  I told them it had fallen and been laid on by our cat. “No problem, there’s an extra charge for pet hair”.  That’s fine. No worries. I get a call the next day, with the owner telling me that they just don’t have time to remove “this much” cat hair and I needed to pick it up.  Ok. Went to pick it up and found this note attached. They really need a lesson on customer Service.

“2nd cat lady that came in. 😖. Already tagged in. Just need to do cat hair. My eyes were getting itchy”.

WARNING YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I too,read Good reviews and tried this cleaners out. The Owner “seemed” Nice when i dropped off my sons suits,jacket and dress shirts! When I picked up my sons brand new jacket,I knew something was wrong! I took pictures and called the owner. Not only did they DRY CLEAN a Machine wash jacket that wasn’t cheap,recently purchased from SCHEELS,they charged me $19.99 to dry clean it and completely RUINED IT! I Asked what they were going to do about it and She informed me NOTHING! They will do NOTHING if by their own fault they RUIN YOUR ITEMS! Last time I will ever use this cleaners. I dropped my suit and shirt off before 9am Saturday because I didn’t feel like going to my regular cleaners in Mesquite. This was the worst mistake I’ve ever made, because these jokers charged me $31.00 for one suit and one shirt. The lady said it was expensive because it was a Saturday, but my normal cleaners only charge $14 for the exact same service.  Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my first visit, the lady was incredibly sweet and helpful. However, the person who assisted me the next day seemed upset, and I was disappointed by the high price of the shirts at six dollars each. Additionally, all the clothes had a strong laundry odor, reminiscent of a cheap hotel's bedsheets.

I highly recommend Pyramid Cleaners in Garland on Broadway.  Recently, I have had alterations on on 12 garments. I can not say enough good about this business. The staff, Gayla and Tammy) are so professional and they take great pride in their business. I have come to know Gayla the most, and she is absolutely the greatest, and will greet you with smile and instills the confidence you need in order to know you have come to the right place! The owner is also a delightful person who has been sewing since she was 15!  She will make an appointment with you to ensure the perfect fit, and is always punctual, and clothes are always ready on or before the day promised.  They back up their work. Out of all the clothes I have brought to them, I had one pair of pants where I am thinking a pin must have come loose, and the fit  was not as I remembered it should have been from the initial  pinning.  They re-did it at no charge, and, like all the others they did a beautiful job and were a perfect fit! The bonus is, their prices are reasonable. No, I have no financial interest in this business,  nor  am I related to any of them nor did I know any of them prior. I was simply blessed to find them and walk in there one day!
