I moved here 5 months ago and I've had to endure the use of the only local laundromat, which consistently rips me off every single time I go. They are very clean on appearances, but corporate office has told me that they have an incredible Vermin problem, constantly making their machines steal your money due to being out of service and not noted. Every single month since moving to Vermont I have been ripped off by this place and only this morning to the tune of $36, being offered a refund checked of $18 despite the cost of soap I used on the broken washing machines, only to be told that I had to drive to the next town over to receive a check for $18 after being told it was a check for $36 which I was robbed of. EVEN the stupid snack machine rips you off. Absolutely definitely do not go to this place unless you have to, because even if you have a good experience, they are not good business people or considerate to their customers whatsoever.

It's great for those who want to not feel like it's crowded and the average price for wash n dry is 4-8 Dollar wash a few bucks to dry my only gripe is the dryers keep breaking so it's a little Russian roulette on the dryer aspect but good location and quite

If you're into gambling, come to this laundromat, because you never know which machines is going to steal your money and which is actually going to work. One of their washer took my money but didn't work.

Had to use this place for a time while we were waiting on our washing machine to be fixed. It had been a while since we’d been in, and on first entering, I couldn’t help but notice the slap in the face smell that greets you when you open the door. A combination of maybe clothing that sat and mildewed in a washer too long and sewage? Not sure if it’s always like this.

And I can’t help but think it should be possible to fix the vending machine and maybe put fresh items in it? Especially with the type of business it is. I mean, it’s cash based, raking in the money, no employees to pay, and show up to collect the money. The items in the soda machine display are so sun faded. Those can’t be any good.

The 2 stars are for convenience, and the washers we happened to choose worked well. But it definitely wasn’t a great experience, nor did it seem like a sanitary place.

One of the dryers DESTROYED my clothes — Melted, Burned, Shrunk!  All of these clothes have been dried before with no issues. I did not leave the laundromat while the clothes were in the dryer, it was not set to an extreme temperate or time. The company who owns the laundromat, Giancola, said they are not responsible!  This is clearly a machine malfunction and YES, the owner of the machine should be responsible for damages caused by a machine malfunction.

Bottom Line:  DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDOMAT!  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GIANCOLA — THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
