I waited at the counter approximately 5 minutes, 2 workers were there. Neither of them acknowledging that I was waiting for my merchandise. The male worker saw me and  continued to work with pressing the clothes, while the female worker saw me when I entered,  and continued to sit in a small  room . Soon as  another customer entered which was a small framed , middle aged white lady, the worker in the room immediately  come to the counter and begin to speak with her. I told the worker to wait a second, and I bought it to her attention: does it take a certain look for her to immediately come to the counter!  I had been waiting and she didn’t seem too much in a rush to come to the counter. The worker wanted to argue the fact that she never saw me. If she or him didn’t see me I  know they heard me,  my keys were rattling, and my cell phone rang! I am currently looking for another dry cleaning service, if anyone knows of any services please inbox me. I will also travel and  carry/ pick up your clothes. Thanks

Over a week to get suit cleaned. They said equipment issues.

Never had a bad experience with this establishment. Relationships are the building block that makes this business successful. I am always greeted with a smile or a handshake. My items are also completed in a timely manner and the prices are competitive enough to keep me coming back. I hope they are around a bit longer, as I notice a for sale sign on the front door. I will defiantly continue to use Deluxe Cleaners as long as they are around.

Breakdown in communication and lack of contact information makes for a unpleasant experience. I dropped my suit off early last week for pick up on Monday. (2April2018). However, I wasn’t informed that the business would be closed for the Easter Holiday. There was no sign outside the business last week and I wasn't told by the person who signed my ticket about the holiday. (The ticket itself says pick up Monday). I tried calling the store, no answer, and have failed to locate a manager’s number to see if there’s any way to get my suit.. SO, instead of being able to drive to D.C. tonight and save my suit for my interview tomorrow- I’ll be making the journey tomorrow morning in rush hour traffic and have a wrinkled suit from the 4hr drive.

The facility was spacious and clean and an absolute joy to be in! Had a varitey of sized washers and dryers and has a coin machine. Will definitely come back!

Man the big one cost $8.50 and the little one cost $750 the wash cycle was okay but not that long that's only half of it those dryers will suck up your coins like a Hoover vacuum cleaner and doesn't throw out that much heat 25 cent per 4 minutes I spent 20 bucks washing and halfway drying too comforters so I brought the big comforter back home and finish drying it in my arm dryer once I gave them $2.50 for that dryer I said that's enough I got 30 minutes out of both of them a comforter that was only dried halfway. God bless America

They have a male attendant who was great. He was extremely helpful and works at  keeping the laundromat clean. The machines are expensive, $12.00, but as I was told, four loads can be put in the one machine.  He was correct.

The laundromat was clean, but what makes me even review this business is the gentleman who was managing the place at the time of my visit. He was excellent! Besides his non-stop cleaning, he was friendly, helpful in answering my questions, allowed me to wash/dry even though I was a little late, and even gave me a cold water! I would come back just because of his customer service!

Change machine took my 5.00. Called number, never got it back. Other than that, it's okay.

Im from out of state and this place is awesome. Paying with cards or coins isn’t a problem here! The dryers are the best. No complaints from me 100% satisfied! And the custodian is nice as can be! Always happy since the day I met him. This place is honestly cheaper than the other places and the washing machine last longer on the cycles!

I started with 2 dryers 30 minutes a piece and the clothes weren't even half way dry, so I then thought well maybe it's too many clothes so I then used another dryer to lessen what was in the other two and put that on 30 minutes as well and out of the 3 dryers only one dried my clothes completely the other 2 did not.

This facility is very clean, especially for a public laundry mat. The prices are reasonable and comparative to other laundry mats. One big bonus is the ability to use tap pay at the machines.

I have been here 2 times and have had a great experience both times! It is clean and the machines work great!!

I visited this laudromat to wash and dry my mother--in-law's cloths and I am so upset that this crap is what is offered here.  CREWE should shut this place down.  It's not a laudromat, it's a huge travesty and inconvenience..and waste of taxpayers time. Here it is...1.) the washers and dryers, at large, are out of service...some have tags some don't.... 2.) In the 6 minutes that my clothers were in the dryer it opened and stopped without notice 2x... 3.) Lost 5 quarters on machines that did not indicate they were broken (inymenyminy-mo! A game...4.) Dag 'on it ...I just timed my dryer (#64914) with ONE QUARTER, it got HOT BUT FOR 25 CENT, I GOT 4 MINUTES, they advertise 6 minutes..crap where are my 2 minutes?...5.)#64915 does not work, no sign stopped at 3 minutes never to start again..had to remove my clothes.6.) #64916...no sign, lost money!! Now I am waiting on one  out  of  dryers that are operating.

Let's be clear, the laundromat is the last place I want to be on a hot day in July. However,  this place was clean and absolutely not busy for a Monday morning. I was in and out in no time. Plenty of carts and it was cool inside giving me a respite from the heat.

Equipment  needs to be more updated. Place had trash all over the floor.

Reasonable price machines worked efficiently,  I'm very satisfied!
