Long story short- The staff is committed to getting orders finished and ready so you can have your suit for graduation.

Short story long- My ASUs got musty at our Dine-in from helping my battle-buddies make it home. The next morning I turned my suit in for cleaning the and was told it would be ready in 5 days (2 before graduation). I show up the afternoon it’s supposed to be ready and the suit is not their. 😨… the attendant, Sara, said she knew my order was finished, but didn’t get shipped from Richmond as it was supposed to . Sara closed the store early to personally drive to Richmond and have my suit here 1st thing the next morning.

Morning before graduation I showed up, and Sara had my suit along with a note telling customers why she had to close the shop early the prior day. This shop will have your stuff ready before you graduate, PERIOD!

We have been using this cleaners since they have opened. Customer service is top notch, we drop off regular laundry , hubby loves the way they starch his uniforms ! I love how they have a self service kiosk available 24/7 convenient for my hectic work schedule! Will recommend .

Take it somewhere else off post and have a real business do your dry cleaning. Never open when it should be. Poor service and very poor follow through. The owner is late. Call the web portal, and they give the run around. For a service for our service members this should not be happening. PX should fire them. If they can't deliver then they should remove their service and let someone that can do the job.

Took over two weeks to dry clean. Came back after two weeks during their hours of operation. No closed sign on the door or anything, Someone was sitting at the register playing on their phone, door was locked. I knocked and she waved me off. Lost my receipt after two weeks but had my ID gave me trouble about it all. Wouldn’t recommend them

I got my cleaning done for a maternity dress as well as an alteration Sara the front desk lady was amazing! I couldn’t be more pleased with how they handled my situation such amazing people in this place !
