Only bad side about this place is that sometimes people like to hang around the front of this place (mainly when it is dark) and ask you if you have money to spare. Just be warned!

Machines have always been well maintained and all working perfectly every time I have visited. DON'T forget to take $2 coins or you can use electronic card facilities attached to each machine. I usually watch the large curved screen TV located on the wall.
It's easy access from the car park  with a load of laundry. The car park usually has lots of free easy parking every time I have visited.

I used washer #8, and once the cycle finished, the machine door wouldn’t open, and the screen had completely turned off. All my very important clothes (including work and school uniforms) are now locked inside. I called customer care, but they said no technician is available until around 10:00 am tomorrow and asked me to come back then. Really stressful experience, and I’m just hoping I can get my clothes back in the morning.

A definite hit and miss with this laundromat!!! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now due to being in between houses and while at first this laundromat was great, lately there are continuous issues each and every weekend and all I can say is good luck. From the EFTPOS touchpad not working x 2 weekends in a row and only being able to pay cash (who carries cash anymore) to paying for a 72 minute cycle and only getting 48 minutes to today paying for 72 minutes again only to have the dryer state “ERROR - No vacuum detected” - wtf??? No vacuum resulted in my having to spend $24.50 drying one load of washing!!! An absolute rip off and I think I’ll be looking for another laundromat!!!

****UPDATE**** - It’s nice to see that management actually does something about the reviews posted or fixes its faulty machines. Almost 1 month after my last review and same old story - the machine will take your money but it’s not going to dry your laundry essentially forcing you to to spend another  $12 (total $24) to dry one load of washing! Obviously scamming customers is how this laundromat makes a profit. No more second chances from me and I’ll be going across the road from now on or driving elsewhere!

Used to like this laundromat but i will now be going elsewhere. Always dirty with washing power all over machines, machines are not deep cleaned. Advertised as $12 for a standard wash but theres a 70c surcharge and cash is not an option. Sick of business's putting the fee on the customer, pay your own bank fees or dont own a business.

There is a reason for low ratings. Machines randomly eat your credits and show errors. No customer service available to pay you back $12 credit after the machine shows error. I just paid $30 for a basic wash and dry after first machine showed an ERROR once $12 credit was consumed.

I love this place. I've moved over here from Ipswich way and I searched on Google to find this place. I went to 2 other places but they were all full and not that clean. I came here and it's clean and so many available washers and dryers (it's raining too)🙂. It's an extra 7 min drive from my place but it was worth it.

I currently work the night shift in Logan near the Caltex and Zarraffa's just off the Logan motorway.

With no dryer and during the wet season, I've had to
do my laundry at a laundromat for a while. I've come to really like this place as the washing machines seem to do an awesome job and unlike most other places, I only need to pay for the dryer once and it dries everything the first time.

There is plenty of parking, especially at night when I go.

Wash Local is an excellent little laundromat. The location has plenty of parking available and the facilities were clean and tidy.

There is a variety of machine sizes to choose from which are very easy to use. Machines only accept card which is very convenient for those who don’t carry cash.

There is also special price for “happy hour” which I think is a great idea! I would happily return to this laundromat!

The facilities are always clean. There is no need for coins you can use your card. So convenient. They have all front load machines which are gentler on your clothes and use less water. The laundromat is also open 24 hours which is very convenient for anyone working shift work.

Been coming here for sometime as a regular and service has been great. Someone always picks up the phone to assist us if we had any concerns.

Price is fair and the machines look new.  The place is always bright and clean which makes us feel safe to come here in the evening especially with young children.

We usually do the washing and head to woolworths (opposite the laundromat) and do our weekly shopping while the wash is getting done. Very convenient and saves us alot of time.
