We use Farrington for dry cleaning and weekly ironing, their service is great.  But they have another secret - an amazing seamstress.  We've had difficult alterations including a silk bias cut Zimmerman dress and the work is always done beautifully.

The man who works there ??owner was aggressive and rude to me because I parked in 1 of the 6 EMPTY parking spaces outside the shop. I have a young baby and found the layout in the carpark was unsafe for me to walk through with my baby in the pram. My washing machine was also broken and I was initially, going to ask the laundrette if they provided a drop and leave service while I went to my chiropractor appointment next door.
However, as I got out of my. car setting up my pram, this man came flying out of the shop telling me I could not park where I was. He didn't even ask if I was going into the laundrette, he just presumed I was going into the gym. Obviously he wasn't busy enough with his work, instead he was too preoccupied on watching the window. I wouldn't mind but they were all empty, not as if I'd parked in the last spot. When I stuck up for myself he became more hostile and swore at me multiple times in front of my child.
What is even worse is, when I came out of my appointment I watched a ute park up where I had originally parked outside the laundrette and saw 3 men get out and walk into the gym.... I saw the man through the window, he had seen them pull up but not gone out to shout at them or tell them to move... hmmmm targeting a woman with a pram is easier is it??
Disgusting behaviour and I will never use this service.

I brought a few jackets here for dry cleaning and I am so happy with the service and results. One of my jackets is made of a light-grey suede material, and I took it in with stains on the sleeves. The laundrette wasn't busy at the time we went, but I believe it gets quite busy. The only slight negative is that it's quite a small space, but their is plentiful seating provided outside.

They gave care and attention to getting a good fit, used clever chalk technology to get the right length and then made sure I tried it on before taking home when finished. I wouldn't recommend taking anything of value here. I took a rug to be cleaned after it had been soiled by the dog. I was apprehensive to give them the job but they reassured me it was fine.

I got the rug back with so many pulls, the rug had a completely different look. When I called to question the pulls before payment, I was told that it was out of their control, that the machine they put it through had caused them. I was told they can't predict there might be pulls. Despite them cleaning rugs often and advertising as much, I was not given any heads up prior to cleaning. When I was told they could fix it, they cut the pulls, effectively cutting pieces out of the rug. They didn't call prior to cutting the rug to give me the option.

At no point did I sign a waiver or disclaimer, it was just assumed I would know the risks.

Very poor communication. None of the staff can answer, they have to speak to the owner. I overheard the owner in the background of one phone call trying to avoid having a conversation with me. Disappointed as I would've liked to be kept in the loop if things would go south.

I have used Truclean more than once and ea h time, I’ve been happy with their standard and also of the service they offer.  They are also reasonably priced.  I have found them to be the best in the Booragoon/ Winthrop/Kardinya/ Myaree area.

Whatever you do, don't take your wool quilt to be dry cleaned here unless you want it to stink like solvent for days. Regret coming here, they've ruined my expensive quilt.

Very happy with customer service, had a satin lightly beaded long ball dress first time after dry cleaning couldn't get rid of all the stains on the train and there were two minor sewing repairs which was not done to beauty standard, upon pick up I discussed what were my options to further remove stain and the minor sewing repairs, very patiently received explanation and options for solution, came back today for pick and very happy with how dress turned out. Overall, it was satisfying.
It was a little hot and stuffy, but when the weather gets hotter, they'll turn on the air conditioner, right?
The inside of the washing machine was rather clean.
I took out the tangled hair by hand and started doing the laundry.
It wasn't cheap to use the machine.
And I used 3 washing machines, and even though I started with the same conditions, one of them needed 10 more minutes.
I don't know why.
The dryer turned the temperature on the highest level, but it seemed like it had a medium temperature.
Anyway I'll visit again.

Conveniently located in my local area, this laundromat was a life saver when my washing machine was out of service. I went on a Tuesday at 3.15pm and it was pretty quiet. A good selection of machines ranging in price from $7 to $15, depending on your load size. The dryer is $6 per load. The dryers are very roomy, and the medium temp I chose was only 24 minutes. There is also an XL dryer for $9 per load. A pet washer and dryer is also available. BYO your own laundry powder etc and it’s card only, no cash.

I cut down 2 days of washing to 2hours, I liked that a lot. Also managed a very large matress cover that wasn't possible at home. Only disappointment was one load that came out sodden. Had to pay for new wash as it was too heavy to get to my car. Avoid washer #5. Perhaps I overpacked it with two cotton throws, a fluffy dressing gown & another small blanket! Go lightly. Nice & clean.
Also thought I could open dryer and then restack to get remaining 5 mins..alas, not so! Would come again.

The dryers aren’t powerful enough compared to some of the laundromat’s I’ve used in Perth. It’s also $6 for 24 mins. I

Up and went to put the shirt on it was extremely creased and shabby the same with his trousers
