I had an excellent experience with the alteration service at Lammy’s. The prices are very reasonable, and the team is both friendly and highly skilled.

I required alterations within 48 hours in which the team accommodated with no extra charge. Highly recommend and I sincerely appreciate the level of service.

Extremely overpriced place. I was charged $40 dollars to do a minor alteration on a hoodie and the end result was very disappointing to be honest. I’ve also paid $30 dollars for a dry cleaning on a jacket only to be returned with all the stains as if wasn’t even cleaned. Honestly, not a good place to make business.

My  item was ruined by Lammy’s dry cleanings.

I think they are all right  for very basic dry cleaning like suit pants etc . My Evening gowns  were not cleaned properly . My Big papas cushion was simply ruined and all stains were not removed . The worst all padding is dislocated and cushion to be thrown away now. What a waste.

Now it was my last experience with them. Sadly need to find someone more reliable in the area .

Atrocious! Left blue and white tweed pants for drycleaning. They have been dry cleaned there with previous owners many times. Picked them up and they are all blue. Blue has run and taken over the white. She says the cleaner says the water turned all blue good thing we didn’t put anything else in with them. I said what water I thought you dried clean. She just shrugged her shoulders. I get them home and I had specifically asked the same woman to press them with a crease on the front. She said obviously they will because you can see that is the way they have been done previously. Get them home and they are creased on the side. My pant which are all blue now are ruined. I can’t believe I paid for this . Please do not bring anything here. They don’t know what they are doing and the service is lousy. bEWARE

This was such a disappointing experience dealing with this drycleaner. The service is far from friendly or professional. My daughter was charged $350 for the dry cleaning of her wedding dress. When it was picked up, she was told by the staff that they were very pleased with how it had come out (admittedly it was very dirty, but we were told they got all the marks out). It was not a full or detailed dress, just plain white satin crepe. When we sold it we took it out of the bag for the first time, and it had several large stains and also a yellow water mark. When we messaged the drycleaner, we did not get a reply. Would definitely NOT recommend this place for wedding dress cleaning. This did not include wrapping in preserving paper, or boxing, it was just put back in it's original bag.

Went in today with a brand new delicate dress that had been dirtied by a cockroach in my wardrobe. The owner took the dress, and said let me see what I can do. Came back after 5m with a clean dress and refused to charge me for it. What great old-fashioned service. Clearly not the kind of dry cleaner that's going to overcharge or take you for a ride. I'll be back!

My mother is great at sewing but advised me that the alterations I wanted were quite tricky so suggested I try taking them to an alterations place. LookSmart Galleria got me to try on all the pants and pinned them and asked me questions about what I wanted from the alterations. They advised me that as many of the pieces needed to be taken in quite substantially, that they may look a little strange on the back after the alterations. I was more than happy with this but they all came out looking absolutely perfect. They also were able to get all my clothes back to me in time for my overseas trip, which I was very thankful for. So incredibly happy! Thank you so much! Highly highly recommend.

The owner/staff member we saw today was so kind and helpful.
He noticed when another lady accidentally put more time on my dryer instead of her own and he offered to sort hers out so we didn't have to stay and do it ourselves. He helped my older mum pack her clothing, and turned off the vacuum when he saw it was upsetting my autistic toddler.
The larger dryer and washing machines were so quick and so useful for our larger dog and winter blankets so we'll definitely be back.

One of the best and cleanest laundromats in the whole of the Perth area, upgraded and clean machines always the shop owner maintaining the dryers and machines making they are clean and working properly. best part is it is the only 24 hour laundry in the area.

I am really disgusted by the behaviour of some people and how they use the services available to us all. We have been using this laundromat for some time and I usually wash big blankets. Recently the place has been upgraded with machines which is great. However, as soon as I finished with the washing, someone that was doing cleaning there put the dirty mops from the floor into the big washing machines. Its The dirt that goes in that machine would be beyond disgusting! I would never go to this place again. And the blankets didn’t smell clean at all. This is a joke!! Not for the price they charge! Absolutely disgusting!
Yes the person working there was very helpful I don’t dispute that, but that is not changing the fact that he loads the washing machine with the dirt from the floors and that dirt goes on our blankets that we use for our kids. The staff who run this place are always so friendly, the store is close enough to Galleria to walk over and kill the short amount of time you have to wait till your suits and dresses are done.

They look after you clothes well and work pretty efficiently, I’ve never had a single issue. Always happy to use their services!

AVOID. Unprofessional, terrible service. They ruined my brand new expensive dress, only wore once and brought to them to dry clean in good condition. It had black marks on it still and the ruching was all twisted and ruined like it had just been thrown in the washing machine. He pushed back my pick up after showing up and it hadn’t been touched. 3 days later I called, he tried to push it back another day, when I told him no he called me an hour later to say it was ready and it was still wet when I showed up.

Asked the man to sew a button back on to my jacket, even pulled it out of the pocket to show him where it was, on return of my jacket the button wasn't on and it was gone.
Also wasn't impressed when on arrival it was cash only with no signs at all indicating this was the case. Wouldn't recommend going here if you want a quality service

I recently scheduled an ironing service with WestCoast Laundry. While the pickup of my laundry went smoothly, there was an issue with the drop-off. We had agreed that the laundry would be left in a secure location outside my home, as I would be at work during the scheduled delivery time. Although the driver attempted to contact me, I was unable to answer the call while at work. I returned the call nine minutes later, but unfortunately, the driver did not respond and chose to return with my laundry instead of leaving it as agreed.

However, when I reached out to Julia, she was incredibly understanding and took immediate action to resolve the situation. She went above and beyond to ensure my laundry was redelivered promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleased to receive my laundry perfectly ironed and freshly scented. I would highly recommend WestCoast Laundry for its excellent service and convenience, though there is room for improvement in the delivery process.

It would've been a nice to let you know before hand or add in their website before booking that there is specific time for pick up/drop, and there are no exceptions.

Although I had my refund back, it was only after 2  days of waiting that they advise the timing and due my work schedule had to cancel.

Originally I posted a less than satisfactory review however as a business owner I have high appreciation for mistakes being rectified. You will never be perfect but how you handle your business when mistakes are made is a true testament to the owners.

I had a suit and an old 1980s wool greatcoat dry-cleaned here, and I wasn't sure about what dry cleaners to use until I saw the great reviews for this place, and I can say, they are definitely deserved!

The suit looks perfect, as can be expected, but I was most impressed at the work done on the greatcoat. While there appeared to be some marks that have persisted after the thorough clean, the greatcoat was really grotty when I dropped it off, and it's practically immaculate now. Can't wait for winter so I have an excuse to wear it.

While I'd say the service was quick and rather inexpensive, I haven't used a dry cleaners before so I have no frame of reference. What I can say for sure though is the woman working there is giving 110% in her job. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and bursting with energy (which I guess she needs because she seems to be absolutely flat out). And I gotta shout that when it came time for me to pay the $104.90 for work, she said to call it $100, just because it's a better number.

I'd give 6 stars if I could!

The suit looks brand new.
