On 24th April 2025 I dropped a doona queen, once month after I rang to ask for it, they told me that it was “just” in the machine.
Last Wednesday 28th of May I picked up, the cleaner told me that the delay was due to the machine wasn’t working properly.
Next Monday I took the doona from the bag to make my bed, the surprise was enormous when I discovered that doona looks dirty with stains that weren’t before.

Prev quoted $120 from a big chain to dry clean a  ball dress I took this to warnbro not only did they dry clean for a third of that price they did some complimentary stitching to a tiny hole, brilliant service

Given that they were 1 star reviews which all pretty much express the same thing which is “rude and unpleasant behaviour”, your responses are horrid and reinforce what they are saying! Are you not embarassed? Here’s one thing you should do instead of being an old grump, RETIRE. 0 stars. Trash of a place.

Horrible customer service, was met with a worker who was an old female that was EXTREMELY condescending with VERY racist undertones. She spoke to me as if I was incapable of understanding English when all I asked for was some clarification on how to operate the machines. I would give 0 stars if I could for this terrible and lousy place, save yourself the time and effort and don’t go here 👎🏼

Paid $9 for a dryer, it worked for 2 seconds and asked me to pay again. I used to contact area on the website to get in touch and ask for a refund and did not have any response from them. The place is dirty and overpriced.

You can’t use cash anymore. Very inconvenient

Placed a pair of work socks, a hoodie a pair of track pants and a feather-down jacket into the dryer. Paid for 25mins. It did not dry the items. Paid for a second, 25mins and it was not hot enough to dry the feather-down jacket. Would not go back and would not recommend.

Such a shame that it was filthy when I turned up 10/5/2022. Floor looks like it hadn't been cleaned in days..I've just spent 8 years working in a laundry in Melbourne so I know they get dirty but this was in need of a decent clean. Machines are in good condition though..
As a new customer, I was looking for instructions, there's zero signage..it's simply tap for tumble dryer to start, but until you do that you are unaware of how long your paying for! No contact details for management seem to be available at the premises either. Handy location.

4/12/22 - quadruple load dryer isn't turning, it just puts out hot air and won't spin. Will happily take your money though. Update: speed queen returned my voicemail and refunded the charge to my card for the faulty machine.

Lovely bunch of people but I went to get my pants resized and when I came to collect them I swear the pants didn’t even get touched they stayed the same length very disappointing and such a let down.

We use Farrington for dry cleaning and weekly ironing, their service is great.  But they have another secret - an amazing seamstress.  We've had difficult alterations including a silk bias cut Zimmerman dress and the work is always done beautifully.

If I could put 0 stars I would.
The man who works there ??owner was aggressive and rude to me because I parked in 1 of the 6 EMPTY parking spaces outside the shop. I have a young baby and found the layout in the carpark was unsafe for me to walk through with my baby in the pram. My washing machine was also broken and I was initially, going to ask the laundrette if they provided a drop and leave service while I went to my chiropractor appointment next door.
However, as I got out of my. car setting up my pram, this man came flying out of the shop telling me I could not park where I was. He didn't even ask if I was going into the laundrette, he just presumed I was going into the gym. Obviously he wasn't busy enough with his work, instead he was too preoccupied on watching the window. I wouldn't mind but they were all empty, not as if I'd parked in the last spot. When I stuck up for myself he became more hostile and swore at me multiple times in front of my child.
What is even worse is, when I came out of my appointment I watched a ute park up where I had originally parked outside the laundrette and saw 3 men get out and walk into the gym.... I saw the man through the window, he had seen them pull up but not gone out to shout at them or tell them to move... hmmmm targeting a woman with a pram is easier is it??
Disgusting behaviour and I will never use this service.
