Great dry cleaning, but unfortunately not open on Saturdays. So if you need your clothes on Sunday for a wedding, for example, you have to pick them up by Friday at the latest. Otherwise, everything's great.

A local company that you would actually like to support, also doing good work. But the speed and friendliness of the staff leave a lot to be desired and are, to put it mildly, Franconian brittle.

Great service, friendly staff – the cleaning results are always excellent. Of course, the clothes smell of cleaning when you pick them up, but this quickly disappears once you remove the protective covers and let the items air out. Even stubborn stains on cashmere have always been removed to my complete satisfaction. Many thanks to the team. I'm always happy to come back!

I dared to offer a tip: adjust the opening hours on the pickup slip.
I was then told that I could go behind the counter myself and change that. I've rarely experienced such unfriendly staff. That was the last time I'll take things to the dry cleaners there!

We had several dresses and suits here to be cleaned, mainly to get rid of stains. The stains have disappeared without a trace, but the clothes don't smell particularly good now: equal parts smoker's apartment, citrus cleaner and musty. When professionally cleaned, we expect a more neutral scent.
We were not called when the clothes were ready as promised and picked them up after 4 weeks at our own request.

Despite staffing shortages and high workload, the cleaning team was very friendly and went to great lengths to remove hair dye from my light wool coat. Thank you for the great service and the excellent result!
