They asked me to come in the morning to look at the dress. I explained everything to her on the phone that I needed the dress on Friday. She told me to come tomorrow morning and look at the dress. The other colleague refused without seeing the dress. I drove all the way from Erlangen just for that, which I don't think is professional at all.

I was asked very late to photograph a baptism. When I dropped off my suit, I wasn't offered a pickup date until a week later. After I asked to be able to pick him up on Saturday, I was immediately given the opportunity to pick him up on Saturday (although understandably with little enthusiasm) without any discussion! Great service. And all the employees were super friendly. Very happy again!

The name says it all! I brought in a pair of suit pants that were stained with liquid cheese. I tried to salvage them at home and made things worse. At first, the ladies and gentlemen said they couldn't get them out, but they managed to do it anyway! Great!

I took a men's jacket to the dry cleaners and pointed out the few stains. After a week and a €12 advance payment, I was supposed to pick up the cleaned garment. When I received it, the stains were still there. I was told it had been dry-cleaned and that they could still try washing it normally in the washing machine at no additional cost to me. I gladly accepted this and pointed out again that the stains should be treated with stain remover. After another week, the jacket looked the same as before. I was told the stains had been treated before washing and that there was nothing to be done.

What I found strange, however, was that the jacket neither smelled nor looked freshly washed! Even more so, I found paper in the jacket pockets that had never come into contact with water! How is all this possible?!

Finally, I put the jacket in the washing machine myself at home, and lo and behold, the stains were gone and the jacket smelled fresh.

By the way, there's a laundromat next door to the laundry, so you could do your own laundry faster and for less money.

The opening hours are an absolute disaster.
I arrived at 2:01 PM and, of course, there wasn't a soul there. I won't be dropping anything off here again! Absolutely terrible!

Always latently unfriendly, my shirts have always come back with stains after the last three cleanings. Wouldn't recommend this cleaning anymore.
