The staff was nice, but payment was only possible in cash. Since the cash register wasn't working, I didn't receive an invoice or receipt, which was very disappointing. When I got home, I took the duvet out of the plastic bag and discovered it was still damp. This is not good service!

I have been bringing my laundry to Textilpflege Batz for several years. The staff was always very nice and accommodating, the laundry was always clean and neatly ironed on time. Full marks for service and quality!!!
