Very clean and welcoming place. Washers and dryers did a great job, clean bathrooms, and lovely plants 😍

I visited the Bubble Bank today and was very pleased. A woman in there was nice enough to show me all different sizes of machines to save money. I'm not sure if she worked there or not. It helps when you're temporarily in between homes to have a really nice Laundromat to use. These resorts barely offer you anything sometimes. Or everything is locked up. I love the name too, Bubble Bank.

The owners are kind, courteous and caring to the customers.  I’ve never experienced a problem with ANY of the machines.  The extractors are great to use instead of just drying your clothes.  Checking your balance on the ATM is free.  It’s always warm and clean and the best part of the experience there is there’s a lot of beautiful women there!

This laundry mat is great... I've been using them for over 12 years, whether its bulky items that won't fit in my washer and dryer at home,  or a client's 7 loads that I'm on a tight time frame to get done,  this place is my go to. Always clean and the woman that was working the night shift last night made me feel safe being a woman there by myself. That small touch made everything that much better. She was so sweet while she was cleaning and I was asking questions.  It was like "bringing laundry home to mom". It was overall a very enjoyable atmosphere.

Wash Wearhouse Laundromat

My recent experience at Wash Wear House Laundromat was far from satisfactory. Despite being a 24-hour facility, I encountered a significant issue - the absence of hot water. This is a fundamental requirement for effective laundering, especially for those of us who rely on hot washes for a thorough clean. The lack of this essential service greatly impacted my laundry experience.

Compounding the issue, while the laundromat does provide a contact number, my attempts to reach out for assistance during my visit were met with no response. For a facility that operates round-the-clock, it is critical to have a responsive support system in place for immediate assistance or to address any concerns that may arise outside of conventional business hours.

I urge the management to consider this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to ensure the availability of hot water and improve their response rate to customer inquiries. Providing basic amenities and dependable customer support is essential for a laundromat, and I hope to see these issues rectified for a better patron experience in the future.

It looked nice inside, and from other reviews seemed worth it.

I have been coming to this laundromat for about 3 years. Unfortunately tonight’s issue will be the last time I use this laundromat.
I put $7 in the machine along with my clothing, soap…. It started, then did nothing. The clock never continued. The lock on the door refused to open. There are NO PHONE NUMBERS to contact ANYONE for any issues. This place is a 24/hr establishment needless to say, I had to leave all my clothes and put a note on te door asking someone to call me in the morning. Guess I’m calling out of work tomorrow to go get my clothes and wash them elsewhere. Huge inconvenience.
RESPONSE Clearly your missing the point.. There is no way of contacting anyone in the event of something like this. I called the phone number no the phone just rang inside, I heard it. No message stating another number to call, no after hours number. Believe me I tried reaching out, I even called the non emergency number for Hawley borough police and state police to see if anyone had a contact number which they didn’t. How about having a phone number or email even for patrons to contact someone in the business? You have a 24/hr laundromat and issues will arise inevitably. That would be VERY useful for instances like this. That is why the 1 star review.. this may seem like a non urgent issue to YOU however I spent and hour and a half in your laundromat trying to figure out how to get my clothing out of the washing machine, then additionally took of work today to hopefully remedy the issue and get my clothing. You have plenty of signs stating you are not responsible for lost or stolen property, so making sure I got my clothing was definitely my goal.

Very clean! Convenient, plenty of washers/dryers, and they take credit cards. I go out of my way (15 miles) to come here instead of 8 miles to the laundromat in Milford, which could use a facelift/TLC.

Bluestone Laundromat Hawley

Bluestone Laundromat in Hawley is by far the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to! The machines are well-maintained, the space is spotless, and everything feels fresh and organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help if you have any questions. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the place welcoming and running smoothly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and pleasant place to do your laundry!

This has been my go-to laundromat for 6+ years. You can always expect clean machines, floors, carts, etc. thanks to Lauren and her employees. She always has something friendly to say and is always helpful if I need my wash moved to the dryer or folded if I don’t have time that day. She sincerely helps make my days easier with laundry and I would never go elsewhere

I can't say I've stayed at any laundromat in all my years of renting except for these last 5 years. I've been dropping my laundry there, myself and 3 kids, and it's always completed before expected and I never see Lauren sitting still.  She is always either doing the laundry or cleaning the floors, etc. Not to mention Lauren's just always a pleasant person to start your day with in the morning. Always a nice and clean experience.

Lauren has been handling the towels and linens for our camper rental business for over two years, and she has consistently exceeded our expectations. Her work is always top-notch — the towels are folded beautifully, and the linens are so neatly done they often look pressed. She's professional, reliable, and always makes herself available when we need her, even on short notice. Lauren also takes extra care to remove tough stains from our loads, which is no small task in this line of work. We’re very grateful to have found someone so dependable and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say, it is the most cleanest laundromat I have ever been to and now the only place I will go!!  Super friendly,  Lauren does not disappoint, she is always there for anything anyone should need she is always busy doing something and the clients she has proved it's a top notch place!! I highly recommend you stopping in, Lauren and her staff are the Best!! Five stars for me!!!
