Very, very disappointing experience. Over-charged for rugs (charged £20 not £15). Quoted 3 week turnaround without repairs - turned into 6 weeks. Countless attempts to phone them - never answered the phone. Had to go over to find out what the score was and was basically told off for doing that! Given all manner of "reasons" for the delay - short staffed etc but no apology for the delay or lack of communication. Lesson learned. Won't use again.

Brilliant. Polite and friendly service. Had two pairs of gents trousers with one pair that didn't have a crease line. Wasn't a problem. Paid £17.99 and was completed within a few days. Parking was easy. Just outside was parking. Free for the first 30 minutes. Bus station just around the corner.

Needed an old bridesmaid dress cleaning urgently and, after contacting another dry cleaning company who didn't offer 'professional spot cleaning', I called Grange Park Dry Cleaners. They were polite on the phone and the next day, my husband took the dress in and the gentleman he spoke to was really friendly and super helpful.
