Snappy Dry Cleaner I came to yall because my husband has orders to an officer school , i told you we needed it on Monday the 23rd after two and the lady that was working at the counter she stated it would be ready Monday after two. My husband went in on the 23rd of this month and you told them that it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday after after 2 PM he had orders to leave that Tuesday the 24th. I ended up going to y’all and picking it up explaining the reasoning why I was upset you guys were taking your time from what the lady told me at one of your locations that she did not know why it was not Preston ready it all I needed was to be pressed. I came in around seven 3745 on Tuesday morning to pick up his dress blues. You guys wanted to charge me full price and did not believe me that I called the main store fast-forward my husband arrives at the Officer school I paid $27 for his uniform to be cleaned by y’all. My husband arrived at that school and send us a picture not is this how you guys clean uniforms there’s lint the buttons are gone in his uniform top. It looks just sloppy you guys are unorganized. I am deeply disappointed and very upset that my husband has to go to this school in order to promote and you guys do this to somebody who serve in our country do better. This looks sloppy rushed in uncared for for those who are in the military around here. Please do not use these dry cleaners, they will gaslight you and then rush and make your uniforms look so ghetto and unorganized and then try to charge you full price when they messed up. I will be coming back to their store tomorrow to demand a refund and also for them to fully either fix the problem when my husband comes back from the school and give us our buttons back or just replace the uniform.

Great customer service! I took in my husband's suit from our wedding that had cake all over it! All of it came out and his suit looked brand new. He also needed an alteration and repair on his pants and it was done really great! His white dress shirt had some sweat stains that came out too. I'm very impressed with Snappy Drycleaners and will recommend to family and friends!

My daughter in-law discovered her wedding dress was dirty the night before her wedding. These people didn't hesitate to tell us to bring it and they would clean it. Amazing ppl. Will use everytime.i have some that needs dry cleaned

-100⭐️ to the tailor that works here!!! Zero attention to detail zero comprehension zero common sense! Brought in curtains that just needed a loop at the top and the sides to be tucked in. Had to go back multiple times because nothing of what I asked for was done. The curtains have a floral design and there is clearly a upside down side to them and she made the loop at the bottom and they are upside down. Fantastic tailoring skills. Find a new job lady, tailoring isnt your thing!!!!

Did an amazing job with my jacket. Spent a few minutes joking around and having a conversation with the 2 ladies that where there the morning I dropped off my jacket for repairs. They're super amazing and have great personalities, and they do amazing work. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for the repairs and a great conversations!! ❤

The employees that work for this company are amazing!!!!! I brought my police uniform to this establishment and they took proper care of my clothing, they all deserve more than five starts for sure. I have officially found my new home to bring my uniform too. Thank you 😊.

24/7 Laundry-Siloam Springs

I'm hoping leaving this review will prompt the owners or managers to contact me. For the third time now I've lost money while doing laundry here due to either the change machines taking bills and not returning proper coins or the washers taking more money than they claimed they require.

That being said it is a convenient place. Clean & quiet & It's open all the time 24/7. As someone who works odd hours, this is helpful.

I wish the card readers would work and I wish there was information for ownership or management in case of emergency or breakdowns

It is very clean ! You got to bring your own toilet paper and hand soap if you’re going to use their restroom! It took $11 dollars in the wash machine and theirs no number to call them to let them know the wash machine isn’t working!! They do have free soap detergent! Go figure after all the robbery they do , they have high prices on dryer and washing machines! Plus those dryers are expensive $5 dollars and they won’t even get your laundry load fully dry!
Today I lost $11 and I’m taking my clothes to dry at my dads! I would recommend going to a different location this place has no one in sight ! I want my $11 dollars I put in one of the machines here and it wouldn’t start I had to move the laundry to a different machine , I have kids to feed as well you know!

2 stars because it was clean. I tried to use a debit and credit card on 4 different machines. All said that they were declined, so I used quarters. $9-11 per machine was a little much, but I am waiting for my washer and dryer to get in at my house and was in a crunch. The dryer only did 18 minutes for $5 and my towels and jeans didn't get dry, so I had to air dry. I just checked my debit card and I got charged for one of the swipes. Definitely go to a different location.

Very dirty.... definitely new owners...card swipe is off/on... Says $9 to wash but it charged $5.…definitely doesn't get cleaned up very often...but if your looking for a laundry mat open 24/7 this is your spot...👌

I like the place, it’s very clean and looks nice but I think it’s kinda boring specially for young people, I think you guys should invest in some coin Arcade-Game machines or maybe a vending machine with some snacks!!! It’ll improve your business, other than that I love it.

I travel full time in an RV so have used many laundromats in the past 6 years. This experience was the best! Laundromats was clean (bathroom too) with a wide selection of washers for different size loads. Attendant was very friendly and helpful. I wish all laundromats would be like this one. Great job on servicing your community! 💕

As far as laundromats go, this place is definitely well maintained and they actually have someone at the facility while it's open and they have a decent amount of cameras within the facility.

Unfortunately it is a good place but never opens or closes when the sign says been here for a half hour and it still locked 615 am

This laundromat has drop off service for 1.30 per pound. It is pretty clean except for a few stinky washers. There is an attendant who can give change, check out any problems and such. The smallest washer is a triple load 39gal for $5.50 there is also a 52 gallon washer for 7.50 and 64gal for $$9.00. The more load you have in the washer the less water is sloshing around in the washer while washing so each washer has a water limit. Don't overfill or you will have some dry clothes and some wet. It's OK. Parking is wonderful. They have trash cans. Staff is friendly & helpful!
