Even when they were in Reedley Excellent service and work on my clothes. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that now I have to go to Dinuba for my dress clothes to be cleaned & pressed!!

I recently picked up suit jackets from this location and was very disappointed with the level of professionalism. I dropped off three suits on Wednesday to be altered and cleaned. I specifically asked if the work could be done by Friday, and the front desk associate assured me it was doable. When I mentioned that only one sleeve was measured, I was told the seamstress could match the measurements. I also clearly communicated—both to the front desk associate and the person pinning the sleeve—that the **blue jacket** was the priority and that it was fine if the others weren’t ready by Friday.

I was told I’d receive a call when the items were ready, but no one contacted me. After seeing no updates on the tracking link they texted me, I called and was told the coat was ready. Upon arrival, only the **black coat** had been altered. The staff member who initially helped me seemed to avoid speaking directly with me, instead relaying messages through another employee and offering multiple excuses.

Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was frustrating. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I have been going to C&S for years and have always had a great positive experience with them they always do their best to get my clothes cleaned and pressed and back to me  as soon as I need them. Their seamstresses are the best around! I’ve had a dress,  pants and a few other things custom made to my liking.

Hours are posted on the door and online as 8:30-5. I was leaving on a business trip Wed. and needed my alterations. I was told 4:30 would be fine to pick up on Tuesday but they were all locked up and didn’t answer the phone, open sign was on. I paid $60 for 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed. Don’t count on getting your items if you need them by a certain time. Will not return.

I go there regularly to drop off my uniforms. Had not had any issues until recently. They lost 2 of the uniform items I dropped off and it took them a day and a half. Good thing I had extra. I also took in a pair of trousers to get hemmed, took them home and tried them on a day later and the trousers were never hemmed. This one was an issue because they are the pants I'm was going to wear at a professional dinner.

*writing on behalf of my 89 year old mother. My senior mother took several NEW  pants to be pressed, one was lost. Mom has original receipt of pants purchased 2 days before, owner is offering only $20 for a brand new $40 pant, won't reimburse FULL cost PLUS amount PAID for cleaning.  I advise for NO ONE  to use their services. Don't even deserve 1 star.

I dropped off 4 suits there, but when I heard the price of $50.°° I took them back. I'll be going to Sterling Cleaners in fresno, they have a better price per suit, $8.°° each. I also received a discount after I told Sterling Cleaners where I drove from.

First time here. The guy did not speak English at all. Coin machine took $1 and gave me $.50. Out of the $8 I tried to get I ended up with $6.75 then machine said out of order. Bathroom had feces all over the place. Drier doors do not stay closed. And the customer service number does not get answered. Only good thing is that the driers are free

Bring your own coins because it’s very rare that they have change on their machines. What i like about this place is that they have free dryers. So you only pay to wash your clothes!! It’s a little bit busy. So expect a lot of people in here. But they have clean washer and dryers. The place is clean and they have a restroom and a place to wash your hands, they also have cars for your clothes that you can take outside

Decent place. There are lots of washers, but the 2 load ones are usually full or out of order. Expect to spend $5 for a wash. The dryers are free but are set to only run for 10 minutes. And get there early. Everything fills up by 9 am. on weekdays.

Great Place! Washing is reasonably priced - on top of that, there's free drying. Be careful though I think the managers keep pressing the buttons again after each 10 minute dry cycle. This is understandable since the place can get quite busy - maybe she checked the clothes though. In any case I'd make sure you keep an eye to make sure your clothes don't get too hot and shrink (the dryers seem to work fantastic). I wish this place was near where I "live".
