I very rarely leave reviews, but need to leave one here. Royal Cleaners' customer service is horrible. I called them on July 2, 2025 to inquire about getting a quote to clean some sheer curtains. The lady who answered their phone told me that
she was very busy and did not have time to talk with me. She then said bye-bye and hung up the phone. I would never step foot in a company that would not take the time to talk to its potential customer.

I moved from Canton to Woodstock but still make the drive here because Hong Cho is wonderful!

Royal Cleaners is the best! I have been going here for years and have never been anything but pleased. They offer much more than just your standard dry-cleaning services. The owner is the BEST at alterations! I recently had a bridesmaids dress altered here and she did such a fantastic job and for a great price! Quick turn-around time too. I’ve been going to Royal Cleaners for approximately 15 years. The owner is so friendly and remembers me and my daughters every time I go in. She recently altered my oldest daughters prom dress. She did an amazing job! Prices for dry cleaning and alterations are reasonable.

I was looking around town for bridal dress preservations and found out they handled that and to my surprise at half the cost compared to traditional boutiques. I was not sure at first, because I had never sent a wedding dress to be preserved, so I wanted to get it right the first time. My husband summoned the courage for me to go forward, paid about $150 if I remember correctly, and a week later I got it back (today)! I was so happy to see it and surprised at how big the box was.

For some reason, I was expecting an “average” size box, but it was much bigger, but that doesn’t bother me felt like I had won the lottery! Haha. So not only did they clean my dress but I had also asked if a wedding rope we used in our wedding ceremony could also go along with the preservation (when I first left the dress), and they did it at no additional cost! I was so grateful for that, because I didn’t want it to continue collecting dust in my bedroom. I am very happy with my preservation and wonderful service I received with Royal Cleaners! Thank you so much!  I will try to post pictures of my preservation.

Seriously guys DON'T GIVE THEM ANY BISUNESS WHERE IS OVER PLACES with better service. My experience was horrible I walked in and the owner woman was eating at the counter and smaking so loud  didn't pay me any attention never said hello but I was determined to see what she do next I waited she finally asked what I needed very roude. After I explained she was talking back at me like like I was misbehaving child and NOT PAYING CUSTOMER and after all she said to me "do it yourself ,,," it blew my mind how smart mouth she was .on a top of everything her prices are ridicules high. I took my business to cleaners on town lake parkway  there I was treated so good and same day service .some small businesses need to be supported and SOME NOT

We moved to town a few months ago and I was nervous about getting a new cleaner. But after 6 months of collection, I dropped off a large bag of clothes yesterday. But I realized before I left that my NYE outfit was in the bag I had given her, so I told the owner not to worry about it, I would spot clean at home so I could wear it tonight. But she quickly offered to clean it for me, with rush pickup today for the outfit and then pick up on Thursday for everything else (since they’re closed NY day). When I just arrived to pick it up, she had already cleaned everything in my bag! Such great service. And she’s so sweet/joyful. This is definitely my new go-to cleaners. Thank y’all!

I brought in a one hundred percent Merino wool jacket to be dry cleaned. Since the tag said it could be hand washed and air dried, they took it upon themselves to ignore my request and washed it and massively shrunk it.
When I brought it back I was questioned about the size like I would lie. Luckily, I have two of the same jacket and brought the second one in to be measured. Over and over he let me take the jacket home knowing full well he was not able to fix his mistakes.
He refuses to take any responsibility for HIS not following my request. He refuses to offer any compensation for HIS not following my requests or the label directions. He had to have put the jacket in the dryer to cause that amount of shrinkage.
When an owner treats a customer with such disrespect as I have been treated, I would think twice about ever ever using this cleaners.

This dry cleaner is the best I’ve ever used. I’ve lived in 5 states and not one other company is anywhere close in quality and customer service. Recently, I had a white sweater from Zara cleaned and Michelle called to tell me a spot had shredded. She had called  Zara , explained what had happened, and had gotten me a refund! She would have gotten a replacement, but Zara didn’t have my size. They do such a great job of treating my clothes like they were theirs! I won’t go anywhere else because their quality is consistent and authentic. And they are personable and always greet me with a positive and warm hello!

I love seeing the seamstress when I take clothes in. Such a kind sweet lady. She is quick, efficient, and her work is flawless. I am happy I found this cleaners. I dropped a gown off for alterations on a Wednesday and she had it ready on Saturday!!! 🥰🤩🙂

This review would have gotten more stars, but I had two items dry cleaned for a wedding. I gave the owner two weeks to complete the job. The owner lost our wedding clothes and when I asked for a refund for our lost items I was told “your clothes are too expensive” after a more persistent conversation- she did refund me for the men’s shirt she had lost. This store is typically fast and reasonable on their prices but I wouldn’t bring anything of value here.

This is the second time I’ve used them for alterations. The first time was last year when I needed two dresses hemmed with a 1.5 day turnaround time and they were able to get it done! This time it was to close up a slit on two skirts and once again they did a great job and all for a reasonable price.

My dad and family have been using this cleaners and alterations for more than 20 years. I recently had a wedding dress altered and the owner did AMAZING….the original dress was a mess and she worked a miracle. Made it fit better and be more
comfortable. Thank you so much for being such an amazing seamstress! :)

This business press several burnt spots onto a brand new white dress shirt—Chinese lady at front desk try to tell me it wasn’t them—I had to call owner and he offered a $10 credit. Then, they tried to charge $4.95 for 6 shirts to be pressed and was quoted $2.75 per shirt at drop off…..I will NEVER use this cleaners again…

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this dry cleaner. I brought in my yellow dress, and it was completely ruined because they washed it with dark colors, causing discoloration. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner handled the situation poorly and showed no real effort to make things right. I had a much better experience with the previous owner, who provided quality service and cared about customers. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend trusting your nice clothes with this dry cleaner. If you value your garments, take your business elsewhere!

I use world cleaners more than anyone should actually admit to lol.
As a business owner i need a lot of laundered and pressed tablecloths and uniforms.  I tried using others closer to my warehouse in Atlanta but they want too much $$$ and the service is horrible.

The Lee Family has been doing our dry cleaning for years and always does a terrific job.  Recently, just two days before Christmas, someone drove through one side of their business and came out on the other side. There is an extensive amount of damage to the front, it took out the desk, doing heavy damage to their clothing conveyor, and then the car came out where people drop off and pick up their laundry. On top of this, Mr. Lee was injured and is limping around on a bruised and swollen foot, trying to do his best to keep the place going, along with his wife. If you have something that needs to be cleaned, take it in now and get it cleaned. Support the Lee's. They are such good and hardworking people. I feel so bad this has happened to them.

First I was told I needed to unbutton my shirts because "this is hard work". OK, fair enough. Next, I noticed wrinkles around the collars on a couple when I brought a load home. They fixed it right then and there, but said I should think about getting different shirts. The straw that broke the camel's back was finding out they identify items (in my case clothing) by writing names and phone numbers on them; sometimes on a tag and other times on (again in my case) the shirt itself.  I felt like I was back at summer camp.  When I asked if they were the ones to have done this (benefit of the doubt and all) he said yes but could use stickers or something else if I wanted.  Do what you will but writing on my clothes without notifying me or asking my permission was a step too far.  Best of luck all!

Super clean, and their machines are like new. Much better than most of the ones around that I've been to. By far, the best place around if you have to use a laundromat.

I stopped by Peachy Clean on a Friday morning, not expecting much just wanted to knock out some laundry and go. But the second I walked in, Debra greeted me with a warm smile like I’d been coming there for years. The whole place was spotless and actually felt welcoming, which isn’t something I usually say about laundromats. I had an issue with a machine halfway through, and before I could even ask for help, Debra was already there switching my clothes to another washer and making sure everything was good to go. She really went above and beyond. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. Definitely my go-to spot now.

A friend and I both had king sized comforters that needed to be washed and dried.  We tried another laundromat but just did not feel comfortable going in.  We googled "Laundromats nearby" and it sent us to Peachy Clean.  We walked in and it was clean, bright and Debra was so welcoming!  Neither of us had been in a laundromat in a long time so we needed some help getting things going but Debra was right there helping us.  We both agreed that should the need arise we will definitely go back.
