I needed to wash 3 Cali King Comforters. I didn’t want to do it Sunday afternoon because it would be packed. However, my friend and went in to look around. The lady with the arm tattoos was cleaning up. She overheard us talking and gave me tips on which washers to use and how to load them so I could save money. She also told me how to put one comforter each in the xtra large dryers and it would be faster drying for less money. She was very straightforward and matter of fact but NOT rude. There is a difference. She’s working and wants to do it quickly and efficiently while leaving room for the  customers. I get it.
I came back first thing Monday morning (7:15am) and spent $19.75 and was out at 8:30am. (Folding 3 cali kings takes time. I’m only human.)
I’ll be back because it’s around the corner, clean, and a local business. Ciao, babies!

Brandy, she of the tattoo fame, is indeed wonderful. Very kind and engaging. Honest and upfront pricing, excellent customer service, VERY clean establishment. The washers seem a bit pricey at first, but $7.75 for a 6 load machine is actually very reasonable. The equipment all looks brand new. Unfortunately, they're unable to offer a military / veteran discount (lol I ask at *literally* every single place that I spend money). That being said, prices for dry-cleaning seem very reasonable (I was quoted $18.00 for a mid-thigh car coat). Highly recommend!

The new girl Brandy with tattoos is a rockstar.
She was cleaning the place up while doing so she was being bullied by a grown man. Kept getting in her way even shoulder hit her making it come off like an accident(absolutely not)That girl did not play what so ever. She stood her ground and handle business. Very professional kept a smile the entire time. Place looked spotless.

Showered up 90 minutes before closing time. The so called owned walked up to me and was verbally more rude to me than anyone ever had been. Then proceeds to ignorantly stare at me and tell me it looks like I have issues. What??? For making a valid statement and correctly putting the detergent in the machine lmao. I hope she isn't the owner that she claimed to be smh. Nobody with her demeanor or attitude should own a business that deals w a ton of the general public. I'll never come back, what a shame ;)

Anytime I’ve gone in there they were rude. Two different women. I’ve brought in the same rug to have dry cleaned at least 3 times and each time it’s apparently an ordeal. I just went there because it’s convenient but at this point I’ll find a different company.
