I took 2 pair of stoned washed black an grey Jordan jeans. Asked for starch, crease and keep the cuff I put in the jeans. I got them and low and behold no starch crease in on pair cuffs are wrong  Look like a person that was learning how to iron put it in and the cuff WOW. One pair the cuff was a big cuff and the other pair the cuff was ALL jacked up uneven. I was VERY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED. The young lady told me they could redo them. But the problem was that she said they would have to rewash the jeans that mean the cuff I put in would come out. The manage call me said she couldn't offer a refund unless they redid the jeans. I told her I wanted just the starch cuff and my cuff pressed down. She said in order to put the starch in the jeans just told the young lady told me. But I told her they already been washed. She said the starvh was mixed with the water whwn being washed. I asked could I come back the next day an talk to a supervisor manager someone in charge but there is no one in authority at the store.  Just the young girls there receiving and giving the customers their dry cleaning. I started to put the cuff back in the jeans so they could redo them but the young lady said that it was 7 and they was closing and everything was on a timer to closethe store. She was putting me out without me finishing the cuffs. So that mean if I left them the cuff would be wrong again. I took my jeans told the young lady I would not be back. Mind you I still had to pay. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER 😠

Prompt service, friendly staff.  I had a stain on a suede garment & it was explained to me that it may not come completely out due to the type of fabric.  I was happy to see that they were able to remove it completely!

My experience with Premium cleaners was great.  They were very friendly and accommodating.  There hospitality was exceptional.  I will use them from now on.

Would never go here again after they wore my shirt and gave it back to me with sweat patches under the arm pits of my shirt. It didn’t have it on there when I gave it to them, and had a few stains on there that I didn’t even do. But Of course they didn’t do it, the manager said, but couldn’t not explain the sweat patches or the stains on it. Clearly someone from their company went out and had a great time with my brand new shirt on, and when when he was done sweating threw it he just threw it back on the hanger and magically it’s clean. Terrible way of doing business with a returning customer. I’m done with this cleaners!

Very nice, dropped off clothing on Friday and said it’d be ready by Tuesday but was pleasantly surprised when it was ready by Sunday! They even got paint stains out!
Only hiccup was when I tried the coupon from the website when I dropped off it wasn’t applied so that wasn’t fun.
