Clean Laundry

This facility was very clean. I accidentally left my phone there when my laundry was done and Erin, the employee there, locked it in the staff room so it was safe until I claimed it. I highly recommend this facility.

I took a California King sized comforter in to Clean Laundry this afternoon. I was very kindly greeted by Mindy and when I told her this was my 1st time in a laundry mat, she quickly showed me which machine to use and how much detergent to put in! The business is clean and machines work wonderfully. Mindy is Perfect for her position, she greets you with a beautiful smile and is very helpful. You can tell she enjoys people and she’s a great worker. I will go back for sure!

Mindy is the best part of doing laundry. She is always so happy and helpful and full of smiles. I won't ever go any where else because of her. I've been to the ottumwa and oskie locations and she has been at both. They are always clean, everything works, and kept nice.

Update: the local Casey's washes their mop heads in the same machines you wash your clothes, and the place is unstaffed, so you know those machines have never been washed out. Gross!

Update 2: While I was waiting I decided to check out the STOP'N'GO Laundromat nextdoor. It is far cleaner and slightly cheaper. I'll definitely be trying there next time.

Original review: Not cheap. Not clean. Half of the machines are out of order. It looks like no one takes care of the building, inside or out, nor has in a while. Not worth the trip. Find somewhere else to do your laundry.

OMG this place sucks you know what, The place is filthy, no A/C, no TV never coming back, it was cooler outside than it was inside.  there is a new place just down the road next to the budget inn but bring your own quarters.

I found my new favorite place to do laundry! Machines are clean and well kept! I spent $8.50 where as I'm used to spending $16 plus at other places for the same amount of laundry. The owner came in while I was here, he is very friendly and helpful, and you can tell he cares about his business. He's cleaning up and fixing anything that is pointed out. He really goes above and beyond I think. I definitely will be returning!

It's a laundromat, not a palace. It isn't fancy, but the counters and sinks are clean, the detergent dispensers were stocked, they had machines that accommodate large and normal loads, and I had no hassles. There is a TV that us free to use. There is no air conditioning except two, large fans. Only one machine was noticeably broken, and it was visibly marked.

As far as I'm concerned, this laundromat does what a laundromat does. Come here, wash and fold your clothes, and leave.

It's a laundry mat, it gets the job it's meant for done... If the machine is out of order, it's clearly stated on the machine. The owner is just about the nicest guy you'll ever meet and he shows his appreciation for your business if you're ever there when he is. Always a smile on his face and always says hello and gives a friendly thank you when you're done. I'd much rather go to this laundry mat than the "newer" one down the road.
