They don't tell you how much it will cost until you get item item back and have to pay for it, mine was almost $70.00 which costs more than the coat...I even asked before they sent it in and  she said it doesn't cost that much. They should tell you how much it will cost or give you an estimate before you send it in or have the cleaners call before they clean it and let you know how much it will be before they clean it. They took 2 1/2 weeks to clean it, there is no customer service with tops-no one will answer the phone, you have to leave your name, phone number, ticket number, why your calling, and then they will supposedly get back to you...Fly by night company...
I will not do business with them again....Horrible..

Poor self service cash wash bays, if the machines don't eat your money you only are more disappointed by the lack of soap, water pressure, or both.

Very nice place, staff is awesome, and this is one of if not the cleanest laundromats I have ever been in! I am so glad I chose this one to come to when the washer broke.

It's nice not having to drive to the South side of town if I can conduct my business closer to home.

A very nice facility. With plenty of washers and dryers of different sizes. You can also use the tanning both if you schedule a time to use one. All are kept very clean by an attendant. Also has vending machine on site.

I 💯% with my experience with visiting too many wash houses to count in the last 20 years, this place is one of the very best if not the best.
It is very clean, every time I have been there.  There are a lot of machines and various sizes depending on how much you have to wash, they got you covered!

they are the best far as wash houses go, that I've ever been to.   And  I don't usually spend time on these reviews but I just had to when I saw this.
They have gone out of their way for me when I first started going there.
I got locked out and couldn't get my laundry.  I didn't realize that it had closed for the night!
The owner took pity on me and actually took time from his evening plans
and was able to make sure I was able to collect all my laundry that night 🌙 instead of waiting until morning.

Only place we do laundry has the machines have been updated and the table is easy to sit at. Wish for more seating but otherwise no complaints.  Open 24 hours. The atmosphere sometimes doesn't work and the bathroom could use an upgrade but the machines and dryers do as they should!

Vacuum/shampoo requires $1, $5 or quarters. No change given. ATM charges $3. Shampoo doesn't dispense, ends up being a ripoff.

The dirtiest laundromat i have been to, and I go to a different one every week while traveling throughout the summer. From the pictures on Google, I went for it, thinking it would be a nice updated facility. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! The floor is covered in water leakage, which they know about because there is wet floor signs out. It is such a bad leak you cannot even get from the washer side to the dryer side without nearly slipping in the 1inch of standing water. Trash and random items all over the floor, machines, and tables. Bathroom smelled like it had not been cleaned for a good while. Trash cans were all over-full. Just all around disgusting. And the prices were too high from my experiencein these facilities. $6.25 for a double load washer and nearly an hour and a half later and around $4 to keep switching my clothes around in the dryers so they could dry properly. Never again will i come here, if I ever find myself back in Hutchinson.

One of my machines said it would cost 6.50 for a wash it was a smaller one and the other one said 9.50 because it was a little bit bigger I didn’t goose any extra setting to raise the price but they charged my $15 per load while advertising differently once again.. I’d imagine false advertising and scamming your customers would be a legal problem eventually but not yet I guess

Absolutely loved this laundromat. This was my first time ever using one, my apartment building doesn't have a laundry unit, and it wasn't that expensive. They have two sets of washing machines. There are older ones which are 3.50 and fancier bigger ones which are 5.50+. They have a bunch of dryers that start at $1 and you get to add quarters based on how long you need to dry your stuff. The employee that was there showed me how to use the Laundromat and where everything was. Definitely going back next time I need to do laundry.

They communicated clearly the entire time—letting us know when they’d be arriving, what steps were next, and what to expect along the way. They’ve also been great about working directly with our insurance company, which has made the whole situation less stressful.

Whole neighborhood flooded including my basement. Everyone calling ServPro at the same time. I called Servpro at 8 AM and they were here at 10:30 PM the same day. Unbelievably great service. Real professionals. They know what their doing. Highly recommended.

Communication was great!  They contacted me right after talking with my insurance agent and came out the very next day.  Someone  always called ahead to let me know they were coming at a time that was convenient for me.  Everyone (Randy, Mark, Luke & Ahdi) were all very kind and courteous and very careful to make sure they weren't making a mess or tracking up the floors.  I highly recommend their service!

Mark, Randy and Tanner were all amazing and super fast to respond and arrive. Sump pump failure left my basement flooded and they arrived quickly and were extremely thorough and professional. Great communication throughout the entire process made this so much less stressful than it needed to be. Thank you guys so much. I would highly highly recommend them.

Servpro was so fast and every helpful with getting things dry. They always answered our calls and kept us in the loop! Everyone was so nice and really knew what they were doing! Would highly recommend!!
