What an amazing place and experience!!! I had accidentally cut my new sports bra strap when I was opening the package it came in. A chunk was cut out and needed to be sewn back in. I went to four other dry cleaners before finding this one, all of which said they could not help me and it wasn't possible to sew the piece back in. I called Ace Plus and the gentleman I spoke with said they should be able to fix it no problem. I brought it down and within 24 hours they were able to return it to me good as new and at a surprisingly low cost. It looks brand new, you can't even tell it ever had a flaw!! Highly professional, fast, thorough, amazing customer service. I just found my new dry cleaner in the Smithtown area. Thank you SO much Ace Cleaners!!!!

First I would like to say I am writing this review per my husbands request and about his experience.  We have been customers of another local dry cleaners for the past year and "disappointed" is an understatement. From the unfriendly staff, to the mediocre customer service, and insane increase in prices WE WERE DONE!

We tried Ace Cleaners on Monday and we were completely blow away.   My husband dropped off 17 items first thing in the morning and they were finished by 3pm the same day.  The owner was warm, friendly, accommodating, and my husband said that when he left he already felt like family. Their prices are incredible and there dry cleaning service was the best we have ever had.
