I've been using this place for years because I hate doing laundry, but my complaint is my laundry never has that fresh smell of downy or Sauvitel or gain like it does when I do it at home. I have even left my own laundry supplies and still have the same result.  The clothes smell clean, but I guess I'm just extra. I need a new laundry service

Prices  are not specific neither are their pick-up times. Quality has gone to hell. Last time seeing my rear end leaving this place. If it had a zero star I would have given it.

The machines that do work are fine, but more than half off the washers and dryers are broken and the change machine has been broken at least a month!  Because of the laundry and dry cleaning that the owners take in!  It appears that they don't care about the quanity or quality of their laundry mat!

My husband dropped our cloths off for wash and fold, this is our first time using this location. My husband is a truck driver and is out of state for weeks at a time I came to pick up our cloths and even though it’s my cloths they won’t let me pick it up because I don’t have the ticket so they are keeping my cloths. They said because I don’t have the ticket I can’t get my cloths. This in my eyes is stealing they think they are slick. I will never use this location again. People beware they are thieves

Thought this place was good since they have a 5 ⭐ but the 1st time coming they used too much heat on pants that the button fell off. 2nd time bringing and I specifically told the lady I wanted heavy starch on pants and they did them light starch. For this reason I give them 3 stars

I take my son's JROTC uniform here for dry cleaning all the time and it's always a quick turn around.  I brought his letterman jacket in and it took a little longer because they send it to a specific place that cleans leather. It came back perfect.  I do not take my dry cleaning anywhere else. I dropped off my wedding dress with this establishment praying for a miracle due to HUGE water/rust stains on my dress from a leak in our closet. After a little over a week, A1 Cleaners made my dress look brand new again. Forever grateful they were able to get the stains out and make my dress beautiful again!

I dropped a tuxedo shirt off just because it was wrinkled.  When I picked it up it had somehow been stained on the edges of each cuff and the fabric in one area of the shirt looked like something had scraped against it.  The shirt is in the trash now and I’m down $40 not to mention the cost of having it cleaned at Crystal Dry Cleaners - I’m never going back.

Always does such great work and my clothes come out so nice and they are fair priced! So quick and easy! And the woman that works the front is so nice! Highly recommend!

Want to like this cleaners but my dry cleaning comes out smelling like terrible body odor.  Even after taking pants back with a complaint, they still smell.  They might always smell now and I likely need new pants. Not sure how it's even possible to make them smell this bad.  I tried to stick with them since their location is convenient and their prices are good but I won't be back.
