South Hill Laundry Land

Nice laundromat but someone took up 6 of the 7 large credit card machines and left. Clothes have been sitting in machine after cycle completed for quite a while. Several customers have come in and turned around and walked out already. Whomever did this is REALLY inconsiderate.

This place is always pretty clean, and if any machines are out of order it's usually only 1-2 at a time. Can do a full load wash + dry with a single roll of quarters.

Lots of machines spent about 8 dollars on washer and dryer. In and out in less than a hour. Parking lot is small. Takes coins and card.

You can use either card or quarters they don't have am atm but you can get quarters here if you already have cash. Doesn't take long to wash and dry clothes. Plenty of washers and dryers.

I just came up here to work from out of state and I had my jeans starched and this joker in the store is telling me that is fine that my seam is over 2 inches off at the bottom of the leg.........I dont know how he stays in business.......but he did offer to re do them but then again......that shows how smart he is because once you starch them the line is coming in there...........awful place..........24 years you said you worked there......well I hate to tell you that you haven't learned a thing.......and I posted a picture where the seam is about 2 inches to the left of the center of my leg........the jeans are no good for me...........I will never use this place again...........it is a joke

We recently brought laundry here while traveling in order to be washed, they did not either check that the pockets were empty or they did not check that their machine was empty, of an ink pen. Therefor 500$ of laundry was ruined AND they charged $108 on top of that, they verbally insulted and also said it was NOT their problem.

That should be a basic of laundry when you're being paid to do it, empty pockets first, because obviously the person paying for it is busy enough to need to pay for it to be done.

My husband pants are in there now they go to a suit they lost them the guy said go were we got them from and buy to more bring the receipt back and he will give the money back you not paying us back.I will call the news.and it's going on 2 months

Equipment poorly maintained dirty and dryers took forever to dry! Need better signage for washers people putting powder in all compartments clogging up machines and washers smell moldy and fronts are moldy don't wash very good

Like these ones machines are not that expensive as the ones are in the twon of south hill, clean he crowded sometimes but ok

I had a great time doing laundry here!! Due to health reasons laundry piled up at home. I came and washed my 7 loads: two of them were very large items. I used 3 different sizes of machines to wash.
This place had the machine sizes necessary for my loads, accepted my card and washed my loads 30mins and under. The tables were clean and at great height for me at 4'11" to fold my laundry while there. There was also good seating for those of us that were there.

*only downside was that my daughter lost a dollar in the pony toy machine. She paid her 4 quarters and didn't get a toy. She cried for a bit and then more because I wasn't willing to risk losing another dollar. If a manager ever sees this can she get a pony or her dollar back?

It's ok, clean enough,  but they need to empty the coins out of the machines more often to avoid people losing money trying to use them. Lost around 4 dollars worth of quarter because the coins get jammed up when it's full. I was told by one of the people who were emptying the machines one day that they do jam when full.

Arrived just before 7 on Sunday, and I ended up leaving right before 8.  The doors were locked, this isn't the first time this had happened.  Otherwise, this is a nice clean facility.

Over half the washers don't work. Used the 500 washer and didn't even put water in the drum could not stop the cycle and lost my money. This place SUCKS!

Very nice clean place, and the dryers work great 👍.. I never used the washing machine there

Blankets needed washing so washed and dried  they were.
8.75 to wash and 3.00 to dry.
