I'm not usually one to complain, especially about the place that does the one chore I hate the most, so I will start out with a compliment...
To whom the owner is of the spin City Laundromat in Mount Dora, thank you for hiring some of the kindest, respectful, and helpful, ladies I've ever met. If it wasn't for them, and they're bubbly personalities, I had a stopped coming here like I did Walmart. Like I get it, cost of everything is rising, except wages, but really you're open 24/7, and you lock the bathroom doors? It's bad enough you put all the carts away, and there's no attendant here overnight, but seriously, I spent thousands of dollars here doing my laundry over the last year, and I can't even use the bathroom after 6:00 p.m.? This is absurd! How rude can you get? The least you could do is put a combo lock on it or something. Doing laundry at the laundromat is already a chore, and most days of struggle, and now I have to pack everything up just to go up the street to the store to use the restroom. There's got to be a compromise we can work out somewhere. Let me know. My information is on my profile.

Never coming here again,my usual spot which happens to be next to them was full. So I decided to give them a try. The machines were dirty, and to dry your clothes if you use a card they place a $5.00 hold and it cost $0.25 per cycle to dry. What robbery is that?I used quarters on the dryer, one of the machines took $0.50 from me and the attendant told me that she would tell me how to get a refund online. Whattt sense does that make to get back $0.50 I need to do it online. Any other Laundrymat would’ve gladly gave me back the money or open the machine to verify. Especially first timer and last time ever going.

Not only was the lady rude about my service dog but Stated that i was lying. If you have a service dog don’t come here!

Decent laundromat,  wash prices range from 3.50 to 9.50 depending on the size and most dryers are $0.25 per six minutes.  Offer free laundry detergent during normal business hours and the establishment is typically kept very clean

I took all of my dress and work clothes to Neighborhood Cleaners in Mount Dora after a house fire. All of the items were black with smoke damage and smelled terrible. I really didn't think it would be worthwhile to have them cleaned but I was wrong. Every article of clothing came out looking almost like new and to my surprise there was no more smoke smell. Just freshly laundered clothing. Yeah!!! Thank you everyone at the Neighborhood Cleaners in Mount Dora I give you all 5 stars for your customer service and quality of work!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I had 11 jackets taken in for dry cleaning, the price was great 2 stars for that however I have seams pressed where I should not and most are double breasted jackets and weeenkor even properly hung back on hangers I have wrinkles in most and 3 were brand new never worn and the white one isn’t as white as it should be and the tan one has pinched fabric where it was pressed for to long. As a working professional I do not have time to have the redone very disappointing will travel to leesburg just to get a good dry cleaning service.

I went in to have my suit altered and dry-cleaned in a short time period. I explained I had a week to get my pants altered, and I need my entire suit dry-cleaned by Saturday (I think I came in on Monday). The woman who does alterations for the cleaners met me there when she picked up the items, got a quick measurement, and got to work right away. They came back perfect, and I had my entire suit back by Friday afternoon.

Needless to say, I had a great experience with this business. Service was fast and the quality was great. I will happily use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs a very reputable dry-cleaner.

I really like them. They did dry cleaning And alterations for me. Turned out great. Staff is helpful, detail oriented, thorough and so friendly. The prices are great, too. I called around and they were by far the best price for alterations in the area.

RJ's Dirty Laundry

I come here whenever I have large loads to wash from some nearby rentals I own and it is always a pleasure to come here. Owners are great, other patrons are nice and I love how clean they keep it inside.  It is decorated with fun neon signs, lots of live plants and cute sign, even books if you want to read. They thought of everything to make visitors comfortable and coming back.

Very clean and peaceful energy. Plants galore for the boho chic girl. Highly recommend! Machines are updated , ability to use coins or pay with phone option. Will be back.

Ok I love this place! I came in because I got so backed up and ran out of time before the holidays. I haven’t been to a laundromat since college and was so used to them being run down and sketchy. Not this place!! It’s so clean and cozy. The workers are really nice and they even have free dryer sheets. Erin helped me get on the app and get the right size washer too. She even helped me load it. Very sweet. I think I met the owner too Jessica maybe? She was also really kind and helpful. I might not even do laundry at home anymore this place is a vibe! 10/10 recommend

I very rarely leave a review, almost never, however, RJ‘s dirty laundry establishment was worth letting everyone know, and worth my time in writing this review. The staff were about the most helpful to be found. They go out of their way, are very friendly and they do an amazing job at a very reasonable price. It is very clean with many, many machines which look brand new and the word must’ve gotten around because it is very popular. I needed a king size comforter washed and drove 45 minutes to find a laundromat with a five star rating and it seems everyone agrees… this is the place you want to be.  Great job RJ’s!

While waiting on a back ordered part for my washer I did a quick Google search and stumbled across this gem! Clean, comfortable and the dryers are super fast. I was stressed about not having a washer now I look forward to relaxing while my clothes are getting clean! They have the coolest app that will reload using Apple Pay so I don’t have to hunt for cash or a hundred quarters! RJ’s Dirty Laundry Rocks!
