I recently went to the dry cleaners, and the staff was very rude. The store is dirty. It’s outdated. The floors are cracked the clothes don’t even look like they are being clean properly if you were looking for a dry cleaners in this particular area of North Miami Beach I suggest you stay far away from this one. I wouldn’t spend one penny here, even if it was the last dry cleaners in the world. They need to just close their establishment. It’s horrible. Stay away.

There is nothing friendly about this place. I went to have a skirt dry cleaned, and it was returned with holes in it from being pinned with huge safety pins. They even charged extra for the sake of the item being delicate and taking more time to clean. If they knew to charge extra for the sake of the item being delicate, there’s no reason for my skirt to be returned to me so carelessly with holes from huge safety pins being stuck into it. The manager was not helpful at all when brought to their attention the damage caused by them. I would not recommend anyone bringing anything to be cleaned or serviced by these dry cleaners.

While on a work trip I thought I damaged and stained my suit. I was hesitant to stop into the nearest dry cleaners. Long be hold, I found this gem. Friendly Dry Cleaners did the job exceptionally well! From the moment I walked into the establishment to a couple of hours later receiving a call that my garments were ready for pick up, I was at awe and truly amazed with the services provided. First of all, they lied to us about the price. When we dropped off our items, they gave us one price, but when we came to pick them up, the price had changed (it went up).

After checking the items in their salon, we saw that they hadn’t removed any of the stains and didn’t sew what they were supposed to.

I sincerely do not recommend this place. We wasted our time, ruined our mood, and lost part of our money (they only returned some of it).

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

The service was terrible — the receptionist stood there laughing in our faces while talking on the phone in Spanish so that we wouldn’t understand her.

This is, without question, the best dry cleaner in the Aventura area. The pricing is fair for the impeccable quality, and they are very transparent explaining that prices vary by garment depending on the complexity of the work. This is not the place if you are looking for the cheapest option, but if you value exceptional results, there is no comparison.

Every garment I have brought in has come back flawless. Even difficult, set in stains were completely removed while the fabrics remained in perfect condition. The shirt pressing is outstanding, especially the collars and cuffs, which always look brand new. The clothes never smell like harsh chemicals, as they use biodegradable, eco friendly products.

I visited their plant in Aventura and was impressed by the cleanliness, organization, and overall level of service. The staff is professional, welcoming, and bilingual in English and Spanish. Their free pickup and delivery service is reliable and extremely convenient.

Having an on site seamstress is another major plus. A Dolce & Gabbana suit was tailored down a size and fit as if it had been custom made. My Moncler jackets was cleaned and returned in a perfect condition. Carlos, the manager, goes above and beyond handling every request with care and making the experience feel truly personal.

There is no dry cleaner in Aventura that compares to this level of quality, service, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

This is the most professional and courteous staff of all of the companies that I use. The staff is delightful, especially Daphne. So, full transparency, I’ve never been to a dry cleaners before. I think maybe once I went to a dry cleaner to see if they could clean a very large blanket that I had, but I don’t even recall, leaving it with them. In any case, as I am fairly new to the neighborhood and am within walking distance, I thought this was a great time to See what this dry cleaning thing was all about. Shortly after my birthday brunch, I noticed one or two very faint smears on my very new and very clean cream-colored knit joggers. I took them in on a Monday or Tuesday and they were ready by Thursday, but I totally forgot and picked it up a few days after. If you ever think you’re going to forget your cleaning slip, my tip is to take a picture of it. They can easily use that if you don’t remember to bring the paper with you. It’s very interesting that your clothes are delivered through an automation task that opens a special window on the outside of the store to let you get your belongings. I will probably wear these pants again to brunch in the near future and either Services again. Thank you!

This place isn’t open during what’s supposed to be operating hours. It seems the staff that we’re supposed to open the dry cleaner did not come to work today. Very strange for a big business like Oxxo. Wish there were more local cleaners. This one has a lot of issues.

They damaged my $500 skirt and did not take accountability. Said they would refund me the $10 I paid to clean it. I noticed the damage immediately and contacted them. It took a week for me to finally get in touch with management. The manager said they received it damaged and they take pictures of all their garments. When she looked through the pictures, she did not see any damages. Said they did not take pictures of the side that was damaged. You would think they would take pics of the “damaged” side  to protect themselves if it was indeed damaged. But I sent them a perfectly good skirt. She then insisted that one of her employees took personal photos on her phone. She contacted the employee and the employee had no photos!!!! This is unacceptable. I am 1000% sure I did not send any damaged goods and very upset at how I received my skirt. Do not send your garment to oxxo

My first time going to this place. Front desk was nice when I dropped off. Took a couple shirts in for dry cleaning and a dress that started to come unstitched and paid xtra for next day cleaning for pick up. Total 4 items and approx. $79. They have a $17 credit for 1st time customer.  Next day- Walked in and everything was ready upon pick up. When I got home to look at the shirts…they were still dirty and not nicely pressed. The dress was not fixed either.  Won’t be back ever again sadly.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking in back. Friendly helpful staff. Four stars only because we had a mix-up with pickup time. But the owner was more than gracious and made sure to get the items delivered as quickly as possible. I brought in a formal dress a little less than a week and a half before a wedding I had to attend and inquired about possible alterations to the length and cleaning services for the garment. Susie's was a life (and money) saver! I took a very expensive Thom Browne suit to another dry cleaners and they left the signature white stripes dull and discolored. I took it to Sudsies and Luis was AMAZING... they fully restored the suit and spared me from having to replace this piece. All the while, Luis was incredibly communicative, sending me updates the whole time. You can see the before pictures where the white stripes are dulled and the after pictures once Sudsies restored it.

"I stopped into Sudsies in the Miami Design District last week to drop off a few high-end pieces that I was nervous about cleaning elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and the 'concierge' feel of the service.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about delicate fabrics and took the time to point out specific areas of concern on my garments. I picked everything up a few days later, and the results were flawless—my clothes look brand new, and there was absolutely none of that harsh chemical smell you get at other places.

It’s clear why they are the go-to in the Design District. If you have designer wear or just want your clothes treated with real expertise, this is the place. I’ll definitely be making this my regular spot!"

Review: Extremely Unprofessional and Intimidating Experience

I had a very disturbing experience at this laundromat that left me shocked and uncomfortable. While I was quietly folding my clothes at one of the tables (which was not marked as reserved or off-limits), the staff member on duty abruptly ordered me to move to the other end of the table. I asked why, as I was already using the space and saw no reason to move. She claimed she needed to fold her own clothes near the register, but again, there was no sign indicating that the space was not for customer use.

I calmly explained that if certain areas are reserved for staff, they should be clearly marked by management. I was respectful and simply stood my ground as a paying customer who arrived first.

What happened next was unacceptable — she forcefully pushed her cart, which hit the back of my right foot. I chose to ignore the physical contact and continued folding my clothes. She then came very close behind me and in a confrontational tone asked, “Are you going to move?” This startled me, and I replied sharply with “No.” She then threatened to call the police on me, which she actually did — simply because I refused to move from a public folding table.

Additionally, earlier during my visit, two washers malfunctioned #3 & #5 each at a cost of $7+ which had to be reset. When I asked for additional detergent to rewash my clothes, she refused to provide any assistance or compensation, despite the issue being with their machines.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. The behavior I experienced from this staff member — including intimidation, physical contact, and misuse of authority — reflects very poorly on the management and overall customer service of this facility. I left feeling deeply disrespected and unsafe.

Absolutely unacceptable — calling the police on a peaceful, paying customer who simply didn’t comply with an unreasonable demand is not just unprofessional — it’s a waste of public resources. That kind of behavior undermines the purpose of emergency services and can be considered an abuse of authority, especially when there was no threat, no disturbance, and no violation of any law.

I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone seeking a safe, respectful, and professionally managed environment. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and clearly communicate policies to avoid situations like this in the future.

Dec 30th at 1020 am I came in the lady who was there today was beyond rude. I paid for my machine via credit card. Machine 36 was not working upon asking for help the 1st this itch (b) states she can’t help with the machine and walked away. After having to approach her a 2nd time told her to get her ssa to that machine she reluctantly assisted me. The machine indeed wasn’t working so after having to wait I removed me clothes from machine as she instructed. This women than rolls my clothes out the door exposes them to dirt and dust which my son is allergic to all while clothing is dripping wet. All the machine were being used so I had to wait. The way she was very unhelpful rude and dismissive showed she doesn’t want this job shouldn’t be working here. I come every week like clock work this first time in 2 years I had a non working machine and dealt with a worker with a down right nasty attitude get rid of here I would never employ a person of her character. I also asked her to use the company product for my clothes to be washed as I already use my own 6 Gain flings ,my own gain washing powder and odor ban. These products are not cheap I would like the difference I paid in the machine I had to use a smaller machine

If I can give 0 stars I would because I waited 10 days for the manager to reach out to me and she hasn’t. I paid 11 dollars for one machine to wash my clothes, I had an incident where it was not starting and I use this machine all the time. I went to ask the attendant and she moved my load from heavy to medium and started barely working. By the way medium is .75 cents less and I paid $11.
She called her manager who said that I was lying and that she saw me in the camera and that is a lie, because I in fact pressed heavy. The machine did not do its job and the whole time it was washing my clothes bad and slow. I don’t appreciate that because I paid not $5 nor $6 that other machines cost.

Very rude and irresponsible. I am not happy at all, I think 10 days is more than enough for someone to reach out to you and especially since she told the attendant that this is a 24 hour place.

First time having my clothes washed and fold here.
First off, this is the first wash and fold that has hidden prices. We have washed and fold in dozen laundry mats and the price per lb is the final price. No additional charges for separation, detergent and fabric softener like Candy Clean.
Secondly, and most important, they ruined a handful of my clothes. Had to throw them out due to all having a huge pink stain. Even my work pants!!

Do not recommend having wash and fold service here.

Machines were not working properly, the attendant was very rude and I forgot my bleach and was told to use the vending machine or spend $10 in order to use cash but it took my money so it really didn’t matter if you use cash or card this are messy and out of order and late night the commercial workers have all the dryers! I don’t suggest you come here or use there services
