Quick Quiet cheap and easy in and out was the only customer for over an hour. Would recommend 5 gold stars.

Very clean and safe. Every machine in the building works properly. Most of the time the soda machine outside works. Sometimes the dryers will dry your clothes.

I had to double load washers one more sure didn't work headset X dryers and by the 6 dryers that mark I like drawn money away

It's cheap the washers and dryers work great and you don't have to worry about tons of people to wait for.

I went to do a clients laundry and originally thought the place seemed very clean. And then I seen a pile of dog feces and so much dust on every machine. Most of the machines were so dusty that when they ran it flew all into the air. The prices are ridiculous. $12 for a “mega load” washer. And the view is a pile of dog shit. I will NOT be going back there.

Today was my first time doing business at Plaza Cleaners & Launders. The place was very clean, the cleanest laundromat I personally have ever seen. And, the staff (I wish that I had asked the young lady her name) was super friendly and helpful.

I wish I can give her less then 0 star I was there when she was arguing with brown family who seems so nice to me and that lady talking to her over the phone with respect saying mam..and that lady is arguing over the over load I feel so sorry for them and I saw that load is not overload but still she keep saying that your load is over but that’s okay if you saying that but this is not enough that old lady who claims that she is owner she don’t even let them finish there washing cycle and that family Walk out with wet clothes… that old lady needs to apologies on her behaviour.. be a good with everyone it doesn’t matter that they are from somewhere else or different skin tone then us they are same as we are.. I hope you learn something better after reading my comments.. and you loos your business from me also I’m not coming and I am going to tell everyone what happened and how that owner behave..

I wish I can give 0 star. Very poor service.  May be other people didn't have problems with owner and staff.  But as coming from brown community I faced her racial side. They always keep the eyes on us like we are criminals whenever we go there.  Today she told us that she don't want any business from us and we have to walk out with wet clothes.  Owner excuses was over load clothes which is completely wrong. Owner is 100% racist.  Any way what you expect from them.  Not all white people are racist I know.  Look like I did mistake to come at jerseyville.  It's better to live in Chicago with diverse people so you don't feel like minority.  I hope jerseyville people are smart enough to understand the problem. Thanks for being racist to me and my family.

If I could leave negative or 0 stars I would , Been drying my clothes here for almost a year , wensday night I had a busy day and forgot about my clothes ,it wasn’t even a lot ,went to go pick them up on my way to work Thursday and the owner was very rude to me about leaving them there and saying her worker had to stay over and wait , and folded my clothes(which didn’t even need to be done ) and I told her I was sorry and it was an accident and she treated me like I do it all the time and it was the first time in the year I been going there that has happened , won’t ever be going back there again and if people ask me about the place I won’t recommend it and tell them about how rude the owner was to me for no reason ,the owner needs to learn how to treat people and if she can’t then she needs to not be in the customer service business

Dryers don't dry unless u put 2 hours on them laundry Mat is nasty half there washing machines don't work

Lots of machines 1/4 of them don't work but fair prices

Very clean place to wash and dry. Would recommend to anyone that needs to use a laundry mat. Also have free WiFi.

Easy to go to drop off your clothes and come back a new pick them up

Doors don't unlock win  lights come on in the morning
