Never got back to me about quarters being stolen by the washer. Didn't count some and wouldn't give them back either. I called but no one ever called me back...

We travel the country full time and this is BY FAR the best laundromat I've ever used. Fantasticly clean, top quality machines, and fair prices.

Price - A little pricey compared to many laundromats I've been to, that's why I graded it a four star and not five.  I work away from home alot and do my laundry on the road. This is where I get my price comparisons. If you only use it on occasion, the price won't deter you..

Cleanest, modern, reasonably priced laundromat I've ever been to. Has a kids play area, plenty of magazines to read, ATM , $ bill changer, plenty of tables to fold clothes on, wheeled baskets that actually work, dryers dry well, well kept, clean restroom, nice tables & chairs to sit at while waiting for clothes. The only downside I've seen is sometimes the inside
has an unpleasant odor. The fella that takes care of it is really friendly also. I appreciate having such a nice facility!🙂

Little pricey and restroom is out of order half the time. Someone only comes in cleans once a night so folding tables might be dirty and sticky. Restaurant is usually dirty if it is working. Window for service attendant but no one is ever there. Free Wi-Fi but password is never posted anywhere. Used to be 24 hours but now closes at 11:00 p.m. because of loitering at night that could easily be resolved with a security guard that would probably pay for itself from people doing laundry at night because it can be so busy during the day there

I usually like this laundromat but tonight it is not very clean and smells like poop. I seriously was gonna sweap it up but didn’t find a broom. Some people have no respect.

Dryer sheets, lint, and dirt everywhere and it definitely looks like it hasn't been touched/clean in a couple days. Because of that, I  choose to do my laundry elsewhere.

Semi New Local 24 hour laundromat. Newer, Clean washers and dryers. If you have large loads to wash this is the place. Extra large dryers too and the cost are reasonable. Has a kids play area but not the best but a nice gesture by the owner. TV's available to watch. Great a/c for those hot days or nights. Plenty of parking. The only complaints I have is with some customers who monopolize the washers and dryers and then leave the laundromat to come back 45 minutes to an hour and a half later to empty the washers or dryers. That's just not cool or fair to the other customers. Also 2 times I was shorted quarters from the change machine. It seems to only happen when using a $20 or $10 Bill.

A mop and broom would do this place some good.  Not horribly dirty, but far from clean. I was disappointed when I realized this location isn’t open 24 hrs. Looks like it was at one time but they’ve had some issues which have resulted in reduced hours.

Over priced! Cheaper laundry mats else where. It's small, has only 7 dryers which are terrible. They spin and stop every 15 seconds so you clothes take longer to dry. And after 30 minutes on high heat my clothes were not dry. Tiny load too. Like 15 items. Absolutely robbing people over there. The washing machine took 37 minutes for one load which I thought was a long time since my loads were small. The bigger washing machine are incredibly expensive. The regular ones are overpriced as well as the dryers. Overall annoyed with the expense. Considering I've been using a different laundry mat for a few months that is much cheaper.

Oh and absolute terrible cell phone service while inside the building which is super annoying!

If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, safe space this is it. It is a beautiful redone laundromat in Sesser, ,Il. Will definitely be back!

August 2023 brand new washers and dryers. Very, very clean safe place. Open 24 hours, ample parking, paved lot. Ground floor. Lots of laundry carts available. I can usually get 4 loads of laundry washed and dried in about an hour.

Love the new remodel and machines. My clothes were squeaky clean! Parking lot is big enough for your truck and trailer. So glad they started renting Jet skis since it’s so close to Rend Lake.

Traveling across the great midwest this summer and found ourselfs around the Rend Lake area. After a day or two at our new favorite swimming and fishing hole we decided it would be classy to get our suits clean and undergarments so we can carry onward with our summer journey. Load Em Up Laundromat in Sesser was the perfect choice. After reading some reviews about old worn down equipment we were a little worried about our visit. Upon arriving we noticed all the washers and dryers were brand new! We got all our laundry done so fast and actually cheaper than most places. Kudos here to the staff keeping such a nice place. Will definitely be back next summer.
