Clean. There was a handful of out of order washers. Some you can use an app to oay for some you have to use cash.  Was using the app, but loaded cloths and soap in one that you couldn't use the app before I realized it. Fortunately I had enough cash to get change and start the machine. Just needs better and more consistent signage.

First of all I am a welder requested cowboy/extra heavy starch. This is the worst place I’ve ever taken my laundry. The lady just complained about personal problems the entire time. Then complained about my clothes being too dirty and had to wash them before having them befitting being sent off to be starched and pressed. I was charged extra for this. The clothes literally had more starch in them when they were dropped off than they do now. After specifically requesting and paying for cowboy/welder/extra heavy starch. When picking up the laundry all the lady did was complain about how the laundry unconvinced her and she had to hand press the last two shirts that I haven’t even been called about two days ago.

The lady working during the day, You have such a simple job that I can teach a toddler how to do it.  Learn how to communicate and be polite to customers.

If that’s an issue , find an independent job.

Have not had to utilize a laundromat for many years. Unfortunately we have had septic issues at home and laundry got very backed up. I came to demottes location and was blown away at the cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff and just how quickly I can get my laundry done.

I took my son’s jacket in to have the zipper fixed. I took it in on January 3rd and it is now January 22nd and I still have not gotten it back yet. The receipt says that it would be done January 17th. Every time I call, they keep telling me that it’s not ready. It’s very irritating considering they said that it would be ready on the 17th and it is now 5 days later and it’s still not ready.

These people are awesome! My wedding dress was stored for 10 years without being cleaned and preserved. They got every stain out and looks brand new! Decent prices too.

Says they’re open today, but nobody is there and they won’t answer the phone & their mailbox is full so can’t leave a message. My husband was getting his suit cleaned for a wedding tonight and now they cost us $100 to run out and get another suit last minute. If you’re going to be closed ADVERTISE THAT.

My husband and I have been traveling all week and needed to catch up on laundry. We stumbled upon Ladybug Laundromat and were relieved to find a clean, well-organized place that didn’t break the bank. The first thing I noticed was how spotless the facility was, even though it was busy. Sammi, the staff member on duty, was fantastic! She took the time to walk us through how to get a laundry card, explained which machines would be the most cost-effective for us, and even gave us a laundry pod for the one load we needed to wash. Despite having a full day with other orders, her customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing to get their laundry done while traveling!

My first time here since the remodel and I will say that I am very impressed at what they’ve done with the place. The touch screens are amazing and the fact that you can buy and reload laundry cards is very convenient, the place is very clean and well lit and the 24 hour service can’t be beat. The Washer are super easy to use. Overall very happy so far with my experience. Keep up the good work. 10 out of 10 would wash my clothes here again.

If you are going to lock the bathroom, please have PRESENT, VISIBLE ATTENDENT on duty. It's a shame that I have to go to a different business to use the bathroom.

It’s not often that you review your dry cleaners but I’ve coming here for years (long before the fire) and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I love their pick up/delivery service, and everything I drop off comes back looking great. They went above and beyond to get my sons’ suits cleaned in a very short time period for a family funeral; it’s those little acts of kindness that mean a lot and tell a lot about a business.

I went to the LaPorte location today and I had a fantastic experience! Jason was helping me out today and he provided outstanding service.

Damaged/destroyed 4 shirts in 2 visits.  Talked to the owner and he said it was my fault or the outside source he was using to launder and press the my shirts.  He took no responsibility at all and started to yell at me.  I have been using them for over 4 years, never a problem until now.   Extremely poor customer service, obviously I won't be going back.

Damaged/stained one of my shirts, then put a “special attention” label on it to try and pass the blame onto me. They ruined the shirt, and I need it for interviews. Don’t use them.

Had a funeral needed suit in less than 24 hours colonial helped out and did an awesome job...I will be back! Thank you so much.
