Very clean place. The washers work good and the dryers get hot. The lady that was there cleaning was very nice.

Wouldn't be a bad place if all the washers and dryers were working and the place was clean. I've been going the for a couple of years now and the same washers and dryers are still out of order. They put a padlock on the restroom so if you have to go to the bathroom you have to go somewhere else and leave your clothes unattended. I have been there when the owner came in and all he did was empty the machines and fill the coin changers. Never cleaned or swept anything. The business could definitely be ran much better.

Most of the machines are usually out of order. Whole row of $2 washers was taped off but I think they are renovating or something. Prices are good 1.50 + depending on the washer you choose .25 for 7 or 10 minutes usually take .50 to dry a regular load.

8 broken dryers, a whole row of broken washers, the washer that we found that worked leaked out the front of the door half of the total water used was spilt out. One quarter in the dryer was 14 minutes, additional quarters were 7 minutes. But I guess from a guy that doesnt have any real interest in being able to provide quality services to those without a personal washer and dryer they just take what they can get, and forget trying to get any type of response from the number that was on the wall, or even trying to get soap or dryer sheets from the dispenser because they were completely gone.

We're from out of town and needed a place in albia to wash our clothes. This is apparently the only place to do laundry.  The reviews were excellent,  so I thought, great. I was not impressed in any way, shape or form.  The floors are filthy, scattered with candy and debris,  i opened two washing machines that were full of animal hair. Next time I'll drive to centerville. Sorry clean machine, you need a lesson in what clean means!!!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Absolute did a fabulous job for us. They were incredible from start to finish, from the original call to learn about services and cost to completing the job. The carpets look amazing and smell great. The air ducts were cleaned and I feel much better about them. They were very professional, polite, kind, patient, and got the job done very timely. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

I have used them both residential and commercial and have been very impressed.  I got my business carpet cleaned, did not expect them to look brand new after 8 years of heavy use but they Do! Amazing crew, highly rommend.

We have used Absolute a few times and have loved the service every time! They are always professional and do an amazing job. They really do love what they do and that shows. The last service we had done was the duct cleaning. Not only did my house smell better after getting all that dirt and dust out of the ductwork, but safer as I had my dryer vent cleaned out as well. They were clean and efficient as well as very respectful of my property. I highly recommend them for any of their services.
