I like doing laundry here.  The washers and dryers are very fast.  My only complaint is struggling to get the quarters to stay in the slot. It's a pain and a struggle!!! I wish they would update the coins slots. As for the person complaining about being locked out, it is up to you to make sure you start laundry at least an hour before closing time. You have to plan for wash and dry before closing time.

It was like night and day after they finished. The floors were clean, no water residue at all. Very pleased with the work they did. I should have taken a picture of the sludge sucked out of the floor boards. The house immediately smelled better after they finished.

What a pleasant environment. I drive semi and it’s hard to find a place big enough park my truck.  Bobtail only.  The place was clean and the prices were reasonable. My experience at the laundromat was subpar at best. The worker present was consistently intrusive, resulting in a somewhat harassing environment, which made me irritable. This hindered my usual routine and interfered with what should have been a simple task, making it an overall disappointing experience. Came in to preshrink material for quilting. Laundromat was convenient location, clean and well lit.  Staff member was cleaning when I arrived and answered my questions on the washing machine. She was very helpful and polite. I was there around 3 hours waiting on my wash to be done.  Really appreciated the big folding tables for folding all the material I had (32 yards).  The washer and dryer I used worked perfectly and the cost was reasonable. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Walking in I was very impressed how clean amd tidy it was. Machines well kept, bathroom really clean. The cleaners here do an amazing job and I will definitely return as needed.

I had some larger blankets and throws to wash for the summer and didn't want to use my new Maytag Washer and Dryer at home and since the Sartell Laundromat near my house was closed for repairs, I thought I would give this place a try. What a nice surprise to walk in the door and be greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful owner who showed me how his machines work and actually recommended a smaller washer for me to save money when I was ready to go with a larger one! He really cares about his customers as while I was there he helped others as well!
This is an extremely CLEAN and well run laundromat!
There are soda machines for your convenience and a roomy bathroom as well as modern folding tables and laundry carts and many chairs to sit down in.
The machines are all new and every one is in working order. The owner is very big on making repairs immediately!
The machines take credit cards or coin and also the owner has a frequent customer loyalty card you can purchase!
I may never go back to the Sartell one now! It doesn't look like it will be fixed anytime soon and I love this little place off of 3rd Street and right next to my favorite Appliance Repair Center!

Came in to get my quarters for the laundry week so my roommates and I could do laundry. We love the big washers for washing bedding but the janitor lady was very rude and started yelling and swearing at us because it was close to closing. Clearly the money we spend every week in laundry isn't important to Royal Wash House so we will take our business elsewhere. Good luck with cleaning lady Karen it's a bad look for you. UPDATE: I emailed the address you provided multiple times and never heard anything back which is disappointing 😕

9/15 I watched the night staff yelling and swearing at a customer who was getting quarters for the laundry week. She was very unprofessional and rude. They probably won't be back, and frankly I won't be either thanks to the potty mouth janitor. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Overall had a good experience here! Kinda off the beaten path so it was pretty empty which I loved. I got a drink from the vending machine, must be unkept since the drink was not chilled/cold and months expired so lost a few bucks there. Wouldn’t buy drinks from there lol but overall clean space, average pricing. I will be back.

I come here from Sauk and I like it because it's clean, quiet. I've never had to wait for a machine. Prices are more than fair. Oh and zero children screaming and unsupervised by parents like Tumble in St Cloud. If early give 5 stars if pop medicine dispensed summering even near cold. $1.00 off k washers Tuesday & Wednesday 5 AM - 9 PM . Now you know it's worth a could extra miles.

Machines constantly break. Had one break on me as well as 2 others during my visit to other patrons. No number or contact info posted anywhere for service or support. Out 8$ due to faulty machines. Use at own risk. Cleanliness severely lacks.

Dryer took a crap and I work overnights so I'm awake at night and nothing is open. Found this place on Google. The open 24hrs is a life saver. Only been here twice now but pretty clean both times. There's an ATM, a change machine, tvs, snack and drink machines and a bathroom.

i’m here majority of the time, peace and quiet but i tried to get a snack with my $5 dollar bill and i didnt get change back unfortunately, other than that i love it here its nice.
