This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to I give it a 5 because it’s not over priced the dryers work amazing and the owners are very kind and considerate I just wish they would/could fix or get a few new of the  super load  washers in  u all have a great day again this is the best laundry mat in Chautauqua county ny

Great little inexpensive Laundromat. If I'm in the area again and need to wash, I'll be back. Lots of past memorial day remberance posters on the wall.

$3 for the tripple loader. They also have new dryers at 25¢ for 6 minutes. The hot was nice and hot, but the machines default to medium so watch that. All of my heavy stuff like jeans and hoodies took 30 mins in 1 drier and everything else from my triple load was in another which dried in 24 minutes.

Place was decently setup. I liked how there were different choices with washers and dryers, as well as soap and softener. Only thing that was a bother was the bathroom being so small yet so loud. Otherwise very pleasant.

Amazing laundry mat. Very clean, great service. If there is a problem the owner will take care of it immediately.

Very clean and well maintained.   Operator on premises very helpful.  Well stocked with laundry soaps, and coin machine worked well.  A safe place to do laundry.

I had to stop to wash my rug.  It was clean and the lady working, Tracey was so sweet and helpful.  It was clean and safe and the rug came out squeaky clean.  Would recommend!

NE Laundry Basket always goes above and beyond. It's home town ownership with home town attendants who are very attentive and friendly. Weather you self serve or drop off, they cater to your needs. And they also send out dry cleaning if need be. Front loader or top loader, soaps or dryer sheets, all can be purchased. If you're a regular like me... you can save on a wash with a punch card in your name. Multiple washes gets you basically a free wash load. Not to mention snacks and drinks to be purchased... a "play pen" for little ones, and 2 tv's to catch up on shows you may have otherwise missed. Other amenities also such as an arcade game and pinball machine to keep kids busy and entertained. Cash or card, either or... satisfactory in my book!

It was something to get the job done, however, half the dryers do not work properly. The washers eat your quarters. I have seen a woman ringing clothes out onto the floor because the washer didn't spin her clothes out. The place isn't the cleanest either. No restrooms. The quarter machine works but only after like 10 times of trying to get it to take your bills.

Wachine machine doesn't spin clothes, dryer had no heat, 2 loads of laundry took 4 hours.  DRYERS EAT, MANGELS AND DESTROYs CLOTHES. So disappointed my gfs fav shirt was ruined.

One of the washers I was using (a new one ) wouldn't spin out. He put it in a different one (an old one),and spun them out. The only thing he didn't mark it so noone eles uses it

Stayed open 2 hrs after closing time tonight so I can dry clothes.  He is the man!!! Fr fr

My only knock on them would definitely be the amount of washing machines that were out of order! There was like 7 or 8 of them! No exaggeration!

All things considered , a decent place to get your clothes washed at a decent price.

I did drop off service here one time and that wasn’t bad price either. Although I ended up with a couple of garments that did not belong to me.
I can only imagine what I did not get back ! Lol

Very nice washers and dryers that accommodate heavy blankets. Reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean except for the decorations on top of the washers and dryers.  They were antique laundry equipment and they were wonderful decorations except they were covered in dust. My asthma and allergies were activated, causing me to cough excessively the whole time I was there.
However as I said the facility was very clean and the staff person was cleaning while we were there. These decorations were kind of up and out of the way so it might require someone tall and ladder or to be cleaned when there's no customers there... Like I said it's definitely a wonderful place to go I'm just a sensitive asthmatic.

I don't like how they start shutting things down at like 7pm while people are still trying to do laundry. Attendant there was rude and pushy, continuing to shut out lights and roping off where you can't go use the better dryers after 7, even though it says last load isn't tile 730. By 810 on 12/10 she had 3 people still doing laundry and she's pushing us all out even though closing isn't til 9pm. I come here to do laundry in peace not to be feel rushed through it and as if I'm ruining someone's night at work by coming in 2 hours before closing.

Re-editing this review 2/19/24. Which was a 4 star to now a 1 star could be 0 if it had it. I have been a customer for almost 1yr & 1/2. Tonight with this older heavy set lady working there since the moment me and my daughter(15yr old) got there she has been attacking me trying to control what machines and dryers I can and can’t use not really wanting me to use the back end side because she closed it knowing that the laundromat is pretty busy this evening so ofc I kept my calm and just ignored her but my teenage did not agree with my behavior in being so nice about it she said. Then one of the washer was jammed and stuck on 9 minutes for over 15+minutes and she said that was normal and when it jumped from 9-0 minutes it did not wash right and she tried to blame it on my clothes that it was heavy lol it’s wet common sense but whatever then she said it was too much clothes that’s why the machine acted up trying to tell me I needed 2 washer machines thinking my clothes were uniforms because they were black clothes smh but I used 6 washers and no others gave me problems obviously she had to blame my clothes for it so she called management because she didn’t think it was worth trying to give me the change to re-wash my clothes again either way I was not about to waste my time washing all over and drying when I have to get to work tonight so told the man to just give me the change and he did without no trouble at all. This old lady is really rude and got lucky with me because I’m nice and did not let her stress me out but I feel no longer wanting to return to this laundromat. We always got along with Lisa and the other ladies. Btw I got there at 6pm and it was busy with 7 other customers clothes there washing and drying.
