Overall it's an alright place to do laundry, but I would prefer the washers to be a little bit cleaner where you deposit your detergent. Not attractive to see old build up gunk in there.

I used to like this place until today!  Washing was fine, I transferred my laundry to two dryers set for 1.5 hours each, come back and the one dryer was half of what I put in it (I made sure my stuff was far enough away from other dryers so not to get confused). Come to find a pillow case trifolded and a bath towel nicely folded inside the dryer but all my good jeans and shirts were missing called the number on the wall.  Asked since you have surveillance cameras could you look and see who else was at that dryer in this x time frame,  appartley the camera monitor is not working!!!! If the monitor isn’t working I wonder if the camera are to.! I hope that trashy person enjoys my hard earned money cause that was about 120$ worth of clothes you got.   I will not be using this place anymore and I will be telling g my friends.

After checking out a few other gross laundromats, I thought I would try this one.  It is very clean! Nice machines. (UPDATE: NOW NEW MACHINES!!!) And not as expensive.  One of my washers wasn't filling properly. I called the manager at the number provided. He quickly assessed the issue, and told me to change the water temp setting and boom, it took care of it. Even told me he will send me my money if I wanted. Very cordial. But it was fine.  Filled out a slip. For him.
But very comfy chairs too. That's good for me as I am disabled.  Definitely coming back here!!

💯Great place to get your laundry done! Mostly big washers but had 2 really big for $6... All the washers got my clothes clean, which isn't the case everywhere! I would separate loads smaller when using dryers for better drying time.The owner or manager (?) stopped in to clean & was a nice guy... the only problem he had was that I put a ruined mattress cover in the trash can... apparently some people throw away a bunch of pillows & fill up all of the cans & therefore people throw their trash other places. He simply asked for us to throw any big things in the dumpster to prevent that issue... No big deal, I completely understand & am grateful he explained the situation instead of being mean about it😊. The people who were there during my visit were all very nice. Also, I was there VERY LATE & although I didn't feel unsafe, it was nice to see the local police driving by @ different times... extra security😉. CLEAN BATHROOM‼️ I definitely recommend this place!

In comparing prices and cleanliness, we go here rather than any place else in Niles. The owner is very nice and has issued refunds the two times I've had s problem. I do wish they had more than two of the really big washers!

Unattended laundrymat has a bunch of undesirable's hanging out. Annoying the paying customers, not washing nor drying clothing, sleeping on chairs and pacing back n forth causing nervousness to the customers. Laundry has potential however these busybodies are making this place NOT a decent place to patronize.

They seem to keep the place very neat and tidy. I can't say I have went to this place very often besides to help people get their laundry washed. Bathroom was super clean and so were the washing machines and driers. Who ever maintains this particular business is doing a great job and should be proud of themselves considering the area they are in... If you need a place to get your laundry done, I would suggest it. They also have huge machines to help get done faster than the previous ones!

This laundromat is by far the cleanest and most updated laundromat in our area. We were absolutely floored when we walked in to see how spotless the entire place is, how high quality of machines they have, and they're absolute amazing employee. They're washing machines and dryers are spotless inside. The prices are very fair and the dryers and dry extremely fast. While we were there the employee named Hayley was constantly on the move keeping the place cleaned, keeping everything in order, and above all assisting and speaking to all of the customers. She helped us out since it was our first time there. She was absolutely amazing she was very personable, very knowledgeable, very conversationalist, and all around warm and helpful. She put the icing on the cake of how nice of a facility this is. Nowadays, you do not find an employee like her that she is so helpful and downright kind. This company is very lucky to have an employee like Hayley. If you're looking for a laundromat this is the place to go! You will not be disappointed!

Weird experience today.  A worker I’ve never seen before, with a wavy brown ponytail, came out to my car after 20 mins of my clothes drying and said “your stuff is dry”. I’m like “You sure? I put it on 70 mins.” She’s like “yeah I checked.” I’m like “what time yall close?” Since I figured that’s why she even came out to my car to say that. Shes like “we’re trying to get outta here at 915 but we close at 10” So I’m like “are you sure because  I usually put it on 63 min and I get home and a few of them will still be damp so I put it on 70 this time.” She was just looking at me so I’m like “idk…” she started walking away and said “I don’t know, either” with a stank attitude.  I’m like “Ok. I’ll be in there in a hot second.”  This was around 850pm and they close at 10. Usually I go to a few stores around the mall while they dry, with my timer set to come back for them, but I can’t even leave today .. if I pull off I’m not sure if she will lock the doors with my clothes in there. This makes my whole routine different.

Usually a five star experience but minus three for the employee/manager rushing people, touching other people’s clothes OR simply lying and saying they’re dry after twenty minutes of a double load being in there. Also, I’m not understanding,  if I paid for 70 minutes and you want me to come get them 45 mins early so you can close the business early, were  you were giving me the rest of my quarters back? No. Just weird and inappropriate. Made me uncomfortable and I usually have the same excellent experience/routine every weekend. Most importantly,  I can comfortably leave and come back and that much pissed me off because everything is on a schedule with me and obviously other businesses close soon as well.

Love this laundry mat. It’s the cleanest. But please check your worker. Or if she is a manager/owner or something she should be ashamed of herself. She’s making a habitual and positive experience awkward and out of the ordinary. I went to check on them like 20 mins after she did that and told her I’d give it like 8 more minutes when there was 18 minutes left on the timer, just trying to be nice to her and not completely ignore her request. She still had an attitude so I just waited the whole 18 min and got my moneys worth. She came out to tell me it stopped :) Then, I went and got my clothes. Nobody should have to try and appease a random entitled worker at a whole business that has a set closing time and culture. My clothes were done at 940pm and this is the first time I was there until even that late. May or may not return after being a regular every weekend. At least not on the late shift.
